Awesome place to stay

Ts place is great, it has everything you need. Hes very respectful of privacy and always helpful with any questions or concerns. He helped me with info on how to get to the airport using the public transpo system which is super easy from his place. He even let me park my motorcycle in the extra space in his garage, which is very generous and amazing. Its a great neighborhood that is safe. Located close to downtown 20-30 min, the mountains for hiking 30-40 min. I really cannot say enough good things about his place. Definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Denver.

Great Space and Landlord

This is such a great little apartment. The private entrance is around the back of the house and Tom has motion lights set up there to make sure it's never too dark when you're coming or going. The apartment is clean and bright with lots of windows. It has everything we needed including a big comfy couch and an Amazon Fire Stick to binge watch terrible shows during the pandemic. Tom is really great to communicate with and he made sure we had everything we needed. I enthusiastically recommend this place!

Awesome Unit and No Complaints

Im not much of a review guy, but Ill make an exception for this excellent unit. I found this propriety exactly when I needed it the most and it turned out to be a perfect environment after I moved to Colorado. The landlord is very responsive, accommodating, and respectful of privacy. The unit was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Overall, I have no complaints and would rent again.

Great property

This is a great property and Tom is a great Landlord. I was here for two months and would not hesitate to stay here again. The place has everything that you need and Tom goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable, while always respecting your privacy in the unit. I hope it is available the next time that I'm in town!

Cozy and quiet

Perfect apartment for 1 or 2 people. In a quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes of all types of stores and restaurants. About a 30 to 40 min drive to Children's Aurora and 20 min to downtown. Bedroom is in back of house. Working nights and was quite during the day. Tom is just a phone call away and very respectful of your privacy. Made room to share the garage with an opener to keep in car and in house. He made sure the sidewalks and drive were cleared when it snowed. Even asked while at Costco if there was anything I needed which was so nice with the crazy pandemic. Would definitely stay again!
