10/10!!!

I had a great stay at this rental home and would absolutely stay again. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space felt welcoming and well taken care of, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, quiet, and made my trip very enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

100/10 - I Loved Calling This Place Home.

I am glad I stumbled upon this gem of a home. The house itself is beautiful* and you'll be left feeling at home, even on your first night after a long 11 hour travel day. Quiet neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Parking was never a concern. Laundry easily accessible. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Beautiful artwork! Diane is fabulous. She respects your privacy, and looks out for you. She knows the best spots in town, and she knows* STL- history, food, cafes. If you're debating on whether to book this spot, I say do it. You'll be glad you did it.

SUPER HOST!

I absolutely loved my stay here and Diane is amazing! She makes sure you feel the comfort of your own home and more. Diane is extremely thoughtful, generous, and truly treats you like family. I stayed for a month, and the time flew by because I felt so comfortable, safe, and welcomed. The location is great tooclose to grocery stores and the hospitals I was rotating at. Diane goes above and beyond for her guests, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

South Hampton Hideaway Review

My experience in STL wasn't great at first, until I found this cozy hideaway! I appreciate all the little details she puts into her home. The space is everything you need! Easy access laundry and entrance. Parking is always available on the street! Diane has been the best host I've stayed with! She showed me wonderful new places and restaurants around the neighborhood and that made my last few months in STL so amazing!

Garden apartment

I have nothing bad to say about this place. D is very professional, accommodating and respectful. She does her best to make your stay comfortable. The area is quiet and safe. I would stay again.

Cozy and artfully decorated

I absolutely loved my stay. Diane, the owner, is very kind and knowledgeable about St Louis. Her home is beautifully decorated with Frida Kahlo portraits and charming figurines. The area is safe and quiet. I will definitely miss Diane and her beautiful home.

This property has by far been my favorite property to stay at. Not only is the host, a kind and generous person that does everything in her power to make sure you have a pleasant stay. She also has many resources and contacts if you need something while you're staying in St. Louis, whether it be a hairdresser to a massage therapist to a car and x. The apartment itself is exquisitely decorated and has all the amenities that you could ever possibly need, including your own bathroom access to a washer and dryer and a cute kitchen. You will also have your own personal entrance. The area is very safe in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to many amenities such as Target, grocery shopping, food places, you name it. Whenever I decide to come to St. Louis for a travel nursing job I always ask if this property is available every time I stay. I wish all properties were this nice and welcoming.

Boutique,smart garden apartment at a great value

I have loved staying in this smartly decorated and luxuriously appointed apartment which D. has lovingly curated. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and even kitchen vent for cooking (so you dont have smell last nights dinner when you wake up in the AM). The bathroom is luxurious with a very large shower and towel warmer (and I had no idea how much I needed a towel warmer on the daily). Laundry is very accessible-and the unit has a separate entrance to come and go as you please. This neighborhood is safe-and while street parking is first come first serve, Ive never not been able to have a spot directly in front of the unit. Your vehicle will be safe here. The outdoor space is a fantastic extension of living space-completely secluded from the street. The potential of reading a book in the spring/fall/summer on the outdoor sofa and sitting by the bonfire in the fall draw you outside almost daily. You cannot beat access to food and shopping-some of the best in the city!

Cozy

This is a very nice property in a great location. The host is kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place is very cozy and there are no parking issues. The only thing is if you are a night shift nurse or a light sleeper this isn't the place for you. You can hear a lot of upstairs when you are home. You could always invest in ear plugs. Other than that I highly recommend this place and I will rent again if and when I return to St. Louis.

BEST house in STL!!!

This cozy private studio is the best housing arrangement. It has everything you need all in one place. It is located in a safe and precious neighborhood. D is a trustworthy and respectable landlord. I can not recommend this property more!!!

STL living

Beautiful home!! D is very professional and considerate. She made sure I was very comfortable. She respected my privacy. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this place! it was great and I miss her..Oh, and her backyard was a great vibe.
