Private bedroom with private bath in my 3 bedroom home

Great experience with great host!

I stayed here for 3 months as a travel RN in early 2025. Beth is a welcoming/accommodating host and her doggo is great company, too. Would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity worked out. Highly recommend!

Great Stay. Awesome Landlord. Safe environment.

oh my gosh I don't know where to start with this (tears of gratefulness). First, Ms. B (Momma B) is the sweetest and most adorable person. Upon my arrival her and her dog, Casey came out to greet me and I immediately felt the hospitality. Staying there was a home away from home. I felt comfortable and safe. The room was clean, cozy and perfect for my need. The house is also located walking distance from three lakes and park where I would go to walk the trails and study outside near the lake from time to time it was a peaceful environment. I worked at VCU medical center while staying here and the hospital was only about a 12-15 min drive. Restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc was also so close to the house and easy to get to. I enjoyed my 6 months stay here with Ms. B and my always will be loved fur buddy Casey. The both of them will be truly missed :( I called her momma B my entire stay here because she was every bit of a mom away from home.

Friendly, hospitable host!

Though I never stayed at this specific property, I rented from Beth when she lived in an apartment nearby. Beth was a phenomenal host, always accommodating and very kind. Being new to the area, Beth was quick to offer up local shopping and restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend staying with this host!

Excellent rental.

Homeowner was everything you could ask for in a landlord. Kind, accommodating, quite, friendly, and became a true friend. The accommodation was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. A desk and comfortable chair and storage were great. I never felt in the way in common areas. Place was always clean and very welcoming. Yes I would stay here again.

I have not actually stayed on this property but I did stay with the landlord in her other place ....very nice caring and accommodating...the bed is a very comfortable memory foam bed ...I know because I bought it and left it for her ... This is a great place for any traveler ...!!!
