Amazing location in southend! Loved being just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the rail trail. Felt safe staying here and the building was pretty quiet. Property manager was also very helpful and always a quick text away.
Great proximity to a lot of restaurants, stores, and bars. Really liked that the light rail was a short walk away. B was easy to get a hold of with anything that came up while staying at the apartment and any issues that came up were solved quickly. The only downside to the apartment is that there are birds outside the windows and they chirp in the morning and evening for like 30 minutes. Other than that the apartment was great and would stay again!
Cute apartment in Southend! Everything around is very walkable, close to the rail trail. Felt safe living here! Secure entry and parking. Surrounded by nice Dilworth neighborhood. Responded and took action right away when issues arise. Would stay again!
Highly recommend this wonderful condo!! I stayed here for a travel contract and everything about this property is great! Great location, close to hospitals and lots of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife within walking distance or a short drive. Property manager B is very attentive and helpful!
Stayed at Brian's condo during an assignment in the area. The place was very nice and clean! and Brian was just a text away if i needed anything. would highly recommend this beautiful unit if your in the area. The location is awesome too so close to everything, uptown is literally at your back door. Easy access to major highways also is a plus. would definitely stay here again if i'm in the area.

Place is great! Its close super close to uptown, so there are lots of things to do! The apartment is cute and comfy and in a wonderfully nice and quiet building. Landlord is on top of everything and always responds in a timely manner! Would definitely stay there again!
