Great Carriage house, very private!
We live on site, and we LOVE this neighborhood. It is very quiet, but close to everything, including the largest hospital in Ft Collins. The apartment is compact, but very comfortable and includes all the bells and whistles. Granite counter-tops, glass shower, heated bathroom floors, A/C, full cable, internet. Cozy beds and some extra storage.
