I honestly cannot write a better review for property and A! They were so welcoming and nice the place was clean and definitely felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again in the future if I ever visited. 100% would recommend!

Home away from Home

This was an excellent housing placement. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Would 100% stay here again. I worked nights and this host provided a quiet environment. Thank you so much for letting me stay with you B! If I am ever back in Phoenix this would be my first option to stay!

Staying with Bella Kramer was a wonderful experience. Shes smart, friendly and kind. You can be to yourself your entire stay, or like me, visit with her if you want. We always ended up laughing about something. Youll find yourself wanting to visit with her , watch TV in her beautiful family room or watch her make her international food and a lot of other delicious meals. I learned a lot watching her cook her meals. Her house is beautiful and exceptionally clean. I cant hear anything when Im in my room. It was very quiet. Her room is on the opposite side of the house. I had blockout blinds, a refrigerator, a nice TV up on the wall, a ceiling fan and a very comfortable bed. I will never forget my stay here and hope to visit again. I miss her a lot. Living there was such a great experience. I am so lucky to have found her.

Best Experience

I am so thankful to have had a peaceful and beautiful place to call home even if it was for only 13 weeks. I worked at St Joesph and the drive was about 20 minutes. Bella made me feel so welcomed. I had my privacy when I wanted and a great new friend to chat with when I was missing home. I will definitely stay again.

Really Loved Staying here

This house and the rooms look exactly like the pictures. It's a very beautiful house, very well cared for. The price is great for the place, it is well worth it.The owner is very kind and does not disturb.Although she stays at the property, it feels very private and and she is very quiet. I loved staying there and it is now my go to place for AZ assignments.The kitchen and pantry area is for your use as well as the rest of the house.There is a big screen/smart TV which is great if you're like me because I would sign in with my Netflix password on my off days and binge watch shows on the couch.
