Great stay

Very large apartment. I had the master with private half bath. My room mate was an absolute treasure! The area felt safe. As an added bonus, I had a garage spot! Ms. Carter checked on me during my stay and was very responsive if I needed anything. The furniture is comfortable and the wifi is fast!

I checked in on June 21st and was immediately disappointed by the condition of the unit. During the walk-through, one of the bathrooms had urine in the toilet, the trash can was over half full, and furniture was scattered around the space. The property manager asked me to help rearrange furniture, which I did out of courtesy, but I did not expect to be cleaning or organizing upon check-in. While we were still walking through the unit, the property manager turned on the air conditioning and mentioned it "should kick in soon." However, after she left and I began moving in my belongings, the unit remained uncomfortably warm. I contacted the owner right away, whom said the property manager would come to investigate. The next day, the property manager returned and immediately commented, Its stuffy in here. After checking the unit, she stated that because some cool air was circulating, the owner would not be taking further action. I explained that I had spent a miserable night sweating and unable to sleep. I told her this was not sustainable, and I would need to find other accommodation. She responded that she would do the same and that a hotel would be far more comfortable. Following her advice, I secured alternative housing. During that conversation, the property manager clearly stated I would receive a full refund for the unused nights. However, once I spoke with the owner, the tone completely shifted. She began to backtrack, saying she would only provide a partial refund, and has since been evasive and uncooperative. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The apartment was not properly prepared, the temperature was unbearable, and communication with the owner has been unprofessional. I made my decision to leave based on the property managers guidance, only to have the owner later contradict and deny what was promised. I would not recommend this property to others.

Nice property and Frriendly owner

This property is a true gem! The spacious layout, and fully furnished with beautifully maintained landscaping create a luxurious and peaceful environment. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We were immediately impressed by the immaculate condition of the home, with modern updates throughout and a cozy feel that made us feel right at home. "The property manager was incredibly responsive to any concerns we had, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay.

Bathroom was cold as the unit was heated by space heaters that were only in the bedroom and kitchen. Pleasant neighbors that were very helpful. Apartment was not clean when I received the keys. There was a great deal of dirt on one of the comforters & the shell of a bug on the dresser. Counters were not wiped down. I brought all of this to the landlord's attention and she responded I don't know what your expectations are this is not a hotel, I cleaned it 3 weeks ago before I left." I felt very uncomfortable here and didn't have access to the bedroom TV because the remote was nowhere to be found - I ended up finding it under the bed with 1 battery in it.

A very quiet apartment building. Respectful neighbors as well as a landlord that is available for any issues that may a raise.

Quiet Neighborhood, Amazing People

Nice place. Very quiet day and night. I'm a night shifter and was never woken up by noise. The people here are so nice and Miss C is an amazing lady. Locked garage behind complex for your vehicle. I would return here without hestlitation.

This is definitely my go to airbnb whenever it's available while I'm on my travel assignments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Landlord Mrs. C is nice and understanding. Anytime I have a problem within the unit I'm in, she always take care of the matter swiftly. I love that her place has a garage and you have to have key access to enter the apartment building. It's Very quiet & secure that's why I keep choosing her place. If you love a nice quiet environment this might be the place for you too.

Travel Pros. I will first say if u choose to stay here have you a promise to return deposit contract as well. My deposit was for damage and unpaid rent... I had neither with pics/videos to prove.I would have still been there had I not been inconvenienced/forced to move because of problems with my travel partner that the LL knew about and was actually trying to help me find housing. After I moved 3 weeks later I asked about my deposit she said I breached the contract by leaving 2 weeks early but was paid up til 01/11/22. I even sent her videos/pics of my space on Xmas to secure my deposit.. the apartment itself is very dated, wood paneling throughout w. worn carpet and non matching furniture. Lastly If u have loved ones if they stay they must pay, which I never did have company but my travel partner did. And boy it got bad..any professionals I wouldn't recommend, we work too hard to be deceived and lied to. You are in a secured building that's the only positive thing I can honestly say
