Great Place to stay

I stayed here for several months while in San Antonio, TX for work. This place is great, has all the amenities you need and more. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet safe neighborhood and great location to shopping, grocery, and entertainment. Landlord is great to work with and responsive if any needs arise.

Excellent stay.

I stayed here for two travel contracts and would have liked to stay longer. The property was perfect for me. Excellent location, plenty of privacy, a closet larger than some bedrooms I've seen, and a full kitchen! And laundry, which is particularly important to me when working night shift (no need to visit laundromats during normal waking hours). It's truly a great find!

Perfect Place to Stay

I was on assignment in San Antonio and stayed at L and D's guesthouse for 6 months. This was the perfect place to stay. L and D were amazing landlords and even better people. They were very accessible and always responded promptly. D even offered to give me a ride when my truck was in the shop! The house was clean, huge closet, the garage storage was great, and the backyard fenced patio relaxing. The location was perfect: close to the interstate, 2 minutes to HEB and many restaurants, and a very quiet and safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great all around!

This place was perfect! In a safe, quiet neighborhood close to the highway, with food & shopping close by. Downtown & the airport are both just a short drive away (about 15 minutes). The house was clean, and L & D were amazing! Very attentive & so kind! Id 100% stay here again. Thanks L & D for such a great stay!

Lovely place, comfortable living!

Nice little place in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located to everything, such as, shopping, hospitals, trails for hiking and biking and great food. The downtown area is 15-20 mins. away and is rich in history and culture. The owners, Lindsey and David are very kind and a good resource for information on the area. I highly recommend this place! If I return to the area, I would want to stay in this hidden gem!

Lindsay & Dave were amazing. I never had any trouble at their place. It was clean when I arrived, everything was working and anything I needed Lindsay was able to get. Im a travel nurse and the location was perfect for getting to work. Zero traffic. Its in an ideal location to get to anything in town. Right near the highway so its easy to jump on and go. Its a quiet neighborhood and exceeded all my expectations.

Very clean, everything you need, good AC, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed. The property owners are great too, very friendly, very helpful. I was the first renter in there after the recent update and overall the remodel was done well. It has a fantastic shower, I'm going to miss that shower and will look to install a similar fixture in my shower at home. I used the garage entry as primary access, it was much easier than getting to the side entry door thru the gate at the end of the drive and down the steps and through a 2nd gate and up the steps to the side entry. ps.
