Great Summer Experience

The living room and kitchen were great. The shower on the third floor is phenomenal. The location was very convenient for use of the Light Rail and public bus system. The grocery stores are nearby and conveniently located. The rooftop is very enjoyable and a good place to hang out with friends.

The best spot!

My housemate and I stayed here during the duration of our internship at Amazon. It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day and had all of the necessities we needed. It is super close to the light rail which made traveling so easy and has a lot of available parking in the area. Kyle is a super nice landlord and was always great with communicating. The community is also very nice and the nearest park (Jefferson Park) was in a great walking distance. If you should pick anywhere in the Seattle area to live it should be here!

Amazing all around!

This is a fabulous property located in a safe, excellent neighborhood! It was everything we were looking for. There are new and updated amenities and great views on the rooftop deck. We were especially pleased with the easy access to transportation options. We are already eager to book again. Thank you, Kyle and Ernesto!

Great townhome and owners!

My roommate and I absolutely loved our stay! The townhome itself is so spacious and modern. With 3 floors and a 4th floor private rooftop, we never ran out of space for anything! Kyle is an amazing landlord who always made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time here. We stayed for a little over 3 months during the summer and he made the leasing process and move-in directions very easy for us. We highly recommend this property, especially from such great owners! The best place and experience

I had the best experience staying at Kyle and Ernies home in South Seattle. The home is located 10-15 minutes south of down town. Very close to coffee shops and grocery stores. I had full access to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The bedroom I stayed in was comfortable and cozy. Kyle and Ernie were excellent communicators and always kept me informed with any pertinent information about the home or their whereabouts. They are genuine, kind and very friendly people. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

Amazing host and stay!!

Kyle is a wonderful host!! Anything and everything that you could of needed rather it be inside the home or things to do outside the home, he provided. He was always so easy to carry on a conversation with and it was as if we were friends instead of strangers. His dog, Gigi is such a joy to be around and he will let you take her for walks or to the park if you want too. I would highly recommend kyle's place again.

OUTSTANDING Seattle Stay

Great location in safe neighborhood. Quick walk to the light rail, Starbucks and QFC grocery store. Home is sleek and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked, but no microwave. Friendly owners and adorable dog, Gigi. Will stay again when I return to Seattle.
