Awesome place!

Beautiful house kept very clean and comfortable. Everyone has their own bathroom. They have workout equipment in the garage, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill in beautiful patio. They are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area! Amazing for the price!

Beautiful, spacious, immaculate house! Initially, I was a little nervous what to expect, as it was my first time renting a room in a house, but from the moment I met R and D, I knew I came to the right place. They were great hosts and very welcoming. I still miss their company. I felt like I had privacy and sometimes our schedules would work out to be at the dinner table at the same time, loved the pizza nights! Had access to the internet, kitchen, W/D, fridge/pantry space, home gym, pool/jacuzzi, ample street parking, and always felt safe. Sorry this review is long overdue, went on FF again and went through the Riverside listings to find you. Thanks again for accommodating me, and I hope you both are well.

I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I don't know where to begin... I was truly impressed by the hospitality that R and D provided to me during my stay! The home was very clean and comfortable and parking was never an issue! I always felt safe and respected. I never worried about my privacy. Some days we even ate dinner together! I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE!!! My room was the perfect size, and I had my own private bathroom. Having access to the internet, washer & dryer, full kitchen, space for my groceries and additional amenities, was the icing on the cake! I'd never rented a room before, so I was a little nervous. However, upon my arrival and meeting the homeowners and roommates, I knew I'd be fine! This experience came together beautifully for me! I thank God that I had the opportunity to meet R and D, and to share their space. It was very refreshing to meet such kind people. I pray that my travel nurse journey sends me back to California so I can have another opportunity to stay here!! IT WAS PERFECT!!

Beautiful house with great hosts!

The owners of this beautiful home are welcoming and accommodating. There are as many as 3 rooms being rented at once and all the tenants are chosen so that the atmosphere is as tranquil as one would need while working away from home. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable or even to gather if you should choose. The owners are always keeping the place tidy and invite tenants to use all amenities whenever they like. I would definitely stay here again.
