Amazing!

Our experience was nothing short of amazing here, top to bottom. We lived in this townhouse for over 3 months while renovating our permanent house. The renovation brought many curveballs and requests to lengthen our stay at Carmen and Kirk's townhouse. They were extremely flexible, accommodating, and helpful! The house is very comfortable, clean, and the kitchen is well appointed. Having two living rooms (one in basement, and one on main floor) was great for kids who like to play! There is also a small playground around the corner which was great to burn energy. Carmen even brought over family toys to share with us during our stay. I can't say enough great things about Carmen, Kirk, and the townhouse and would absolutely return if we needed a short term rental in the future!

My wife and I spent 3+ months at this property. We found it clean, well maintained, safe and located in a friendly neighborhood! The location was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and just minutes from downtown. The property was fully furnished, from kitchen, to bedrooms and office work space! The bathrooms were impeccable and well stocked with needed items such as towels, etc. The kitchen was likewise well stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals, or simply pop one in the microwave! Internet connectivity was great and high speed throughout the home. Communication with the landlord was always timely and excellent. Enthusiastically recommend this property, without reservation!

Best furnished finder available in Charlottesville!

My roommate and I stayed at C&Ks property for five months. The townhome is new & renovated and has literally everything you need inside. From extra lining, cleaning supplies, and spices, I mean seriously, all you need is your wardrobe! There is a little backyard space that I would use to play fetch with my dog or tie him out. The neighborhood is super cute, quiet, and safe. As far as landlords, C&K were AMAZING. They are friendly, responsive, and make sure their guests are well taken care of. I couldnt have asked for a better experience :)

Awesome Townhome!

We had a great stay at this property. The townhome is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is in an amazing location - you are minutes away from nearly everything Charlottesville has to offer! I also cannot speak highly enough of the property owners, C&K. They are friendly, accommodating, and easy to reach. C&K did an excellent job maintaining this property during our stay. I highly recommend staying at this property during your time in Charlottesville.

This property was perfect and exactly what was needed!

This property was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Quiet and efficient spot with a ton of space. The owners were incredible and accomodating every step of the way. We were sad to leave because this stay was fantastic. Everything was well stocked and furnished perfectly - closet supplies, kitchen supplies were all available as needed. All the appliances worked well, and every detail was thought of by the owners!

Fantastic Experience All Around

Only great things to say about our experience. First, the home was clean and the set-up was great. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, a spacious living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen on the main floor, and downstairs made a fantastic office that easily held my computer and multiple computer screens on a rolling desk. Plus a full bath! As this was the first time that we have been away from home for such an extended period of time, we really appreciated having literally every amenity one could imagine. There were more gadgets in the kitchen than our own large home. And such a nice touch to provide amenities from bathroom soap through dishwasher pods through washer & dryer detergent through swiffer mops and pads. You truly only need to bring clothes and everything else is provided. Finally, the hosts could not have been more helpful. Any little question or situation was addressed immediately, which took any worries off of our shoulders. Highly recommend!

Lovely townhome close to all your needs!

We loved our time spent at this townhome in the heart of Charlottesville. Very close to all your shopping needs, and about 10 minutes from UVA. The hosts are lovely, kind, friendly people that live across the street. If you need anything, they are extremely responsive and helpful. Affordable and spacious, with a backyard and porch. Will definitely be renting again if back in the Charlottesville area!

Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Townhouse

The townhouse fit our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We could not have asked for better landlords. C and K were extremely helpful and very responsive to all our needs. As other reviewers have mentioned they are both the most kind and caring individuals you will ever meet. If we are ever back in Charlottesville, we would definitely want to rent from them again.

Fantastic experience in every way

I guarantee that you will never find better hosts than C and K S--they are simply the best! C was always so easy to communicate with, and always responded promptly to any questions or needs that I had. The property is immaculately maintained and thoroughly deep cleaned before each tenant, which takes away so much of the stress of moving into a new place. It is also extremely well stocked with every item that a person could need while staying there--C really has thought of everything! Most of all, C and K are two of the best people you will ever meet. They went above and beyond to help us with so many things--printing off an urgently needed document for us, writing us a letter of recommendation, providing information on local events, hikes, and historical sights. They quickly became our friends, and we hope to always stay connected with them.

Wonderful faming & pet friendly community!

We were blown away by the fine touches that C & K put on their lovely townhouse. Every little amenity you would need was within the house, so nice to have everything from cleaning supplies to food storage containers. Very clean and well kept! The location is very close to UVA which allowed me to ride my bike to and from work. We felt very welcomed by the neighbors and a bonus was quiet and respectful neighbor kids for our kids to play with! The back porch also feels nice and private -- we loved drinking coffee and listening to the birds while we watch deer, woodchucks, and other wildlife pass by the backyard. If we ever had any issues, the owners were on it. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice, clean, updated home that is convenient to UVA hospital, downtown, hikes, shops etc. I appreciate the thoughtful detail Carmen and Kirk put into stocking the home. From the cleaning products to the snow shovel to the umbrellas, it literally has everything you may need while living here. The owners are easy to communicate with, responsive and respectful of your space/time/schedule. I couldnt have asked for better landlords or home during my assignment. Thank you, Carmen and Kirk!

A perfect home!

Can't say enough good things about this property and our experience here. Lived here with my husband, mother, and newborn baby while we were in-between properties and needed a fully-furnished/equipped home with enough space to accommodate our multigenerational household. Not only is the townhome itself spacious, updated, clean and stylish, but the property owners had every little detail covered -- from kitchen essentials to windshield wiper protectors! Everything we needed and more was provided and provided graciously. The community is safe and quiet. Hate to leave and can't recommend enough!

Best Landlords

We have lived in over 5 other furnished finder locations across the U.S. and you will not meet better landlords than Carmen and Kirk. They go over and beyond to ensure their tenants are comfortable and have the necessities that travel nurses may need during their assignment. The home was spotless and well decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. You are only a 14 minute drive to UVA hospital and close to two shopping centers/grocery stores. Whoever has the pleasure to stay in their home next will be lucky to experience such great hospitality.
