Ralph Rocks!
Ralph was absolutely awesome! We stayed another of his properties in the same spot. But its currently not listed so leaving the review here. The place itself was amazingclean, comfortable, and in a prime location that made everything super convenient. He was always quick to respond and very speedy in resolving any questions or concerns we had, which made the whole experience stress-free. We would definitely love to rent from him again in the future! Highly recommend. Molly & Matt

Old Town Scottsdale Condo
I stayed at this condo for about six months while taking a travel nurse contract in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I only have good things to say regarding my stay. The landlord was one of the best I've ever had. Super nice and responsive if I ever had any questions or concerns. The space was big, beds were comfy and the condo itself had everything you needed to make yourself feel right at home. Not to mention the location was perfect. Close to all the shopping, food and baseball stadiums that Old Town has to offer. I would definitely stay here again if I travel back to sunny AZ and would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Scottsdale!

Awesome Place!
This apartment is just like the pictures show! Very clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need... just bring your clothes! Ralph is very responsive and flexible. This apartment is located 5 minutes from old town and about 20 from downtown Phoenix. I would highly recommend!
