Clean, classy, safe neighborhood and easy parking
Living here was an excellent experience. I loved this classic San Francisco sunset top floor. Place was clean and especially large with lots of character. I rented one room and the other room was rented by another travel nurse friend of mine (1800 each). Joan was a kind and down to earth landlord that was never overbearing. Parking was easy to find (usually I almost always was able to park right in front of the house). Parking was also free. You could probably get away with not locking the door, and that is a lot to say for San Francisco.

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood
We absolutely loved staying in this home. J was an amazing and accommodating landlord. The house is spacious and charming. On clear days both bedrooms have a great view of the ocean. The neighborhood is perfect. The perfect combination of a quiet street where you can always find parking, while also having dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Having the beach and Golden Gate Park within walking distance is an amazing bonus. I could not recommend this property more.
