The best!

My husband and I stayed here in May during our wedding month. It was such a stressful/wonderful time and we loved having a peaceful place to come home to! Dana was so welcoming and kind and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Would stay forever if I could!

D has been fantastic! She is an amazing landlord who has become more of a friend than anything. The location of the property is perfect. Very close to everything! The unit itself is the perfect size. My brother and I stayed here for the first month before he made his way back to Texas and it was perfectly sized for both of us. And then when I was here by myself, it was perfect - not too big for one person at all. The flexibility of having 2 bedrooms has been great (I get to use all the closets! Haha!). The backyard space is also very nice to be able to sit on the patio on a nice day. I would be staying as long as I could if I wasn't having to go back to Texas. Couldn't recommend D or the property more! You'd be lucky to stay here!

OUTSTANDING!!!

This property is simply amazing! Located so close to some of the most beautiful hiking trails I have ever seen and the mountains were incredible! The apartment was comfortable and spacious and had everything I needed. Subsequently, D, the host, was absolutely so accommodating and very gracious as well. I wish I could have stayed longer. This property is the best I have stayed at and I look forward to visiting again. D I thank you so much!!!!!

You could only be so Lucky !

If you are lucky enough to have Dana accept your lease offer you will not be disappointed ! Dana and her dogs, Forest & Carl, are the friendliest people/dog combo you will find. Dana is super easy to get along with and has become a good friend. My Girl friend and I just had her and the boys over to our house we purchased in Monument and Like I said, she is considered a "good friend". The space you will be leasing is very nice, new, comfortable and furnished with everything you will need. She will have great conversation with you, but at the same time is not intrusive to your personnel space.

Great energy in both the neighborhood and the the unit. We enjoyed our stay with Dana who has become our friend. She remodeled the interior perfectly making it feel very homely. I would stay there again if I need to!

Beautiful space, great location & friendly property owner!

Dana was kind enough to show me her property on 7/27/2019. It was nearly complete, and it is beautiful! Lots of light, good storage spaces, completed updated. Brand-new everything: paint, flooring, countertops, cabinets, appliances, etc. Dana is great - she is very responsive and friendly! The only reason I did not stay at this property was an opportunity to stay at a home owned by my friends. Otherwise, I would have definitely booked this great space. As a frequent visitor to the Springs, this is a great location- in my opinion this is where you want to be if you are new to the area!
