Very happy with my 3 month long stay!!

This was my first experience with furnished finders and I was very pleased! This property was located in a very safe area of Roseville surrounded by very friendly neighbors. Theres a long walking/biking path surrounding this residential neighborhood. I would take walks in the evening to watch the sunset! The casita was very clean and came with all essential furniture and appliances. The property is located about 35 mins from downtown Sacramento. Ann and Richard were great hosts! They were very quick to respond, understanding and accommodating! I definitely recommend a stay at this property!

Nothing but pleased!

I've stayed at several furnished finder properties and this has by far been my favorite! Though it is connected to a main house, it is very private as you have your own door and separated space. Spacious, clean, and everything you need (except an oven, which there is a microwave with a convection oven feature). My favorite part is the walking path right out your front door. Very peaceful, quiet, and safe! As a solo traveler, I never felt scared or uneasy. Richard and Ann were very easy to contact if I had any questions. Thanks so much for an incredible stay!
