Comfort in Manteca

I rented the master bedroom during my contact at Dameron Hospital. The home was clean and had all the essentials including a washer and dryer , a must for me while traveling. The location is easy access to nearby shopping and the highway. I was fortunate to have the house to myself during my stay, which was great! K and H were friendly hosts and responds to texts immediately. I was able to learn a bit of horticulture and antiquing from both of them. I would definitely stay here again on another assignment.

NICU Travel nurse stayed 3 months, great experience!!

I rented a room from Helen and Keith and had a great experience. The room was clean and everything was laid out perfectly for my things to settle in. Since this was a room in a house, the rest of the rooms were empty when I moved in and I ended up having the whole place to myself, which was nice. There was another nurse who moved in, but it was a smooth transition. I was always allowed my privacy and hardly heard from them unless I needed them. I believe they do their best to avoid having their homes coed. Whenever I had a slight issue they were quick to fix it, besides they live just down the road and they were always available. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend them to others looking for an affordable place.

K and H are awesome and very friendly hosts. Very communicative and responsive to our texts. We had a great time staying at their place for about 5months! We rented their master bedroom and the house has a perfect location because not only can you find everything within a few mile radius, it was about a 5min leisure walk to Doctors Hospital. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There is a lot of space for cooking and dining, the kitchen is fully equipped and we enjoyed hanging out in their backyard. Will absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Great stay for the travel RNs

I rented a master bedroom for the couple months. The place was clean, quiet, spacious, safe and in the best location to my contract work ( 6 min walk to DHM). I definitely saved some money on the car renting ( several food stores located in the walkable distance). In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances- another huge plus for those who like to cook on days off. Finally, the owners are very accommodating and attentive to the needs that arise (e.g. broken light bulb was exchanged in few hours). Moreover, I also got lucky to have entire house to myself for 5 weeks! Overall, I was very pleased with the service and enjoyed my stay. I will definitely rent it again if happened to be in the area.

Cute Quiet Home

Loved the property! K and H were very accommodating. Property was very cute and quiet. I had everything I needed and more.

Ideal Location!

Im a Travel RN (ICU) and worked at DHM. This property is ideal! Location wise its about a 5 minute walk to the hospital or a 45 second drive, take your pick lol. There are plenty of eateries, shopping centers, and anything else you may need within walking distance. The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood quiet and peaceful. The owners were very responsive to any questions or requests I may have had. Will definitely re-book if Im in the area again.

Doctors Hospital Contract

I stayed here for a couple of months while doing a contract at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. The house was nice and equipped with all the necessities. The owners were friendly and responsive and the price was very reasonable. The location was so clutch! I took the 5 minute walk to work and saved a ton on renting a car! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There are plenty of food places and grocery stores near by (also within walking distance, for me). I would definitely rent this place again if I'm ever in the area.

Our stay is great!

K and H were amazing. They made sure our needs were attended. Our stay was great. The amenities are complete. Location is perfect! It is quiet and we felt safe. It is close to the hospital and groceries. And just few hours away from North Cals best spots including Yosemite. We will definitely come back and stay here if given another opportunity.

Absolutely awesome home away from home!!!!

It was my first travel assignment in CA, and K and H made me feel so welcome and so happy! I had a nice big kitchen with all utensils and even coffee supplies, big bright sunny rooms, nice back yard, washer and drier. This house is a great place for travelers who love comfort, piece and safety. The owners treated me very nicely and provided anything I needed during my stay. When my car broke down, K took care of it. H allowed me to get a hamster for companionship. There is also a nice park and a gym (In Shape) with outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi 5 min away from the house. I had a time of my life staying here, it could not be any better:))) I highly recommend this property and you guys are welcome to message me directly with questions. Good luck!

Manteca Stay

My boyfriend and I are travel physical therapists and stayed at Keith and Helen's home in Manteca, CA this past fall. The house is a very large, nice home. We rented the entire unit for $1,300, which is a very reasonable price for the area compared to elsewhere we looked. Keith and Helen live right next door and were always very responsive if we needed anything. Large backyard with patio area is very nice. This home included everything we needed for 2 people living there. If we return to the area in the future, we would definitely stay at their home again!
