Modern and Easy!

I stayed in the upstairs unit with 3 bedrooms and really enjoyed my time here! The neighbors are kind and generous ( We got a few homemade pies!). The living area is spacious with great closet space, plenty of linen and fully furnished with anything you might need. The in unit washer and dryer are new and work great. It is located centrally so all the bucket list check offs were close by. The rental process was smooth and Jonathan was always quick to respond to any questions. Glad I was able to experience living here.

Wonderful Property!

Loved staying at this apartment. I travel for work and was so happy when I found this gem of a property. Its in a central location for everything I needed. As a single woman, safety is important to me and I felt very secure and safe here. Its gated and all the other tenants were very helpful and friendly. The property has EVERYTHING you need. Washer/dryer, tvs, internet, comfortable bed etc. I hope its available again when I come back to LA!

Great find

This house was great. The other tenants and neighbors were friendly. The house is furnished with everything you need, full size washer and dryer, dish washer and more. Very modern feel. Gated entry with key fob to parking for extra protection. Centrally located and close the the freeways for easy travel. I would recommend and would come back as a traveler.

PURRRRRFECT!!!!!

I am going to tell you this, if you have doubts about this place, cut that out. This place is a dream!!! Especially in terms of interior. I stayed here just short term due to situations with my school resuming but I wanted to stay as long as I could because I really enjoyed this place! If I had a small 1 bedroom place, I would want to copy the design of this place because it really impressed me. The choice of furniture, the colors, the lighting - I admired all of them! This place is designed for someone who don't want to worry about anything about moving and having everything together. When I booked with this place I wasn't aware that kitchen would be fully equipped. They had cooking stuff, blenders, coffee maker, toaster, etc. for you to use. Also, everything was sparking clean - which is so important. Also, The best thing about this place - IN UNIT MODERN WASHER AND DRYER! :) Extra bedsheets were also provided. It's a gated prop with key fob to enter. Parking space provided.

I felt completely safe here!

I felt completely safe here! Neighbors and other tenants were nice and respectful. I had no issues or complaints about the studio. It is exactly like the pictures. Easy parking with your own parking space in the parking lot behind the property. Landlord was easy to reach, very respectable and accommodating. Highly recommend and would come back as a traveler. Couldn't have had a smoother stay.

Updated and quaint

I travel for work, so I use Airbnb type of properties often. The space looks nice, quaint, and modern. I liked having a washer and dryer in the unit. I'm not really a person that watches TV but it was nice having a Tv in the living room and bedroom. The bed is comfortable. I feel relaxed Everytime I walk through the door. Kinda spa like. However, the apartment is located in a central location (30-45 mins depending on traffic) to downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica, to grocery stores etc. With it being centrally located, it is in a neighborhood that does not have great curb appeal.

Diamond in the rough

I was the first tenant in this completely new unit. I had to live through some minor renovations but it was manageable. It was too overpriced for the neighborhood which was the downside.
