Loved this place <3!

I had such an amazing experience staying at this really cool and cozy basement unit. From the bedroom, mini living room, and kitchenette, everything was so thought-out! What makes this place extra special is having Kelly and Rhonda as hosts--simply the best! Super warm and accommodating couple. I couldn't be more grateful!

Best experience!

I stayed in the attic for nearly an entire year and had THE BEST experience! Kelly and Rhonda are the kindest and most supportive people you could hope to meet. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable from day one (really, even before I moved in). Their warm hospitality and genuine care made all the difference, turning the attic into much more than just a place to crash at nightit felt like home. I loved walking to May Day Cafe in the mornings for my latte and being so near Lake Nokomis for walks! Shared laundry was easy, the fireplace was incredibly cozy in the winter, and the neighborhood always felt safe. Miss being there already! <3

Wonderful stay!

K and R are excellent hosts! The studio is a welcoming and cozy place for a single night stay or long term rental. They create a safe and pleasant environment and do anything to make your stay more comfortable. I would 100% recommend this space to any person visiting Minneapolis. It is extremely close to downtown and shops.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I stayed in the basement apartment and absolutely LOVED it! It was so well thought out, and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The W/D is right outside the apartment door, and there is always plenty of parking on the street. It is located in a very cute, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to hospitals. K and R are the absolute BEST hosts ever! I could call on them day or night, and they always shared if I needed anything. I enjoyed my time with them, and if I ever returned, I would only stay here! Simply the Best

It was an absolute delight living for two months in this adorable studio apartment in Minneapolis. I wouldn't change a thing, honestly. The homeowners are super friendly and accommodating and we hit it off right away. Icing on the cake: they have two cats and some very happy chickens, not to mention one of the best vegan restaurants a block away. 12 Stars. I hope I have the opportunity to come back again. :) Love you! xoxoox

Highly Recommend

I am so grateful to K and R for the time I have been at their property. I needed a short term furnished apartment and this one delivered in all areas. There was plenty of space and storage for my things. While there was no need to share space with the rest of the house as the apartment is fully equipped, K and R made it clear that if I needed something, they would share what they had. I was in the basement apartment and it was very clean, cozy and has the feel of a downtown loft. They put so much care into the design and feel of the space. Shared laundry right outside the apartment on the lower level and everything you need in a working kitchen. Parking out in front of the house was always open and the neighborhood is quiet and safe, A perfect place for a traveling nurse or professional looking for a short term stay.

LOVE IT

As the title says, I loved this property and the landlords, K and R! A great, safe space with a washer and dryer right outside the door, readily available(WIN!). Parking was always available and easy to find. The landlords were responsive and super kind. It worked out extremely well, especially given that I was here during COVID-19. Their attention to detail and safety precautions were on point. If I had I do this again, I would absolutely choose this place all over again.

Heart of Minneapolis

Im a traveling RN and stayed here, R and K were amazing host! The apartment is upstairs and its exactly what the pictures show, it is super nice and shabby chic! R and K were amazing host everything I needed they provided without any questions! If I had to stay again it would be here!!! The Neighborhood is awesome all the the neighbors are super friendly and nice!!! There was not a day that went by were I felt unsafe!!! I loved this place, if you are traveling for work this is a must stay!!! Thanks so much R and K for making my stay more than I could imagine!!! This will be my go to if I travel back to MN!!!

Great hosts and apartment

Kelly and Rhonda were extremely warm and welcoming hosts. They made sure that I felt welcome in their household and immediately treated me as family. My stay in Minneapolis was made significantly better because I was living in their household. The apartment was a great space with a lot of natural light and everything I needed was provided to me.

Host were excellent and very accommodatingl Very clean and kept property that they have newly renovated. Parking is on the street but never seemed to be a problem. Water pressure is a slight issue and needed to coordinate shower and laundry times. Otherwise a great place to stay.
