Amazing location and landlord

I had such a wonderful time at this cozy studio and was sad to leave! The location is perfection. You're right next to A mountain and Tumamoc hill, which provides the perfect way to stay active and connect with nature. You will see tons of wildlife right out your door and on your walks. The view of the city from this spot is epic, right outside your door. You are also very close to the Menlo Park area where you can catch the light rail, go to the Santa Cruz River farmers market, hop on the Loop or go to some fabulous restaurants in the Mercado San Augustin. Jill and Brad are awesome folks who are always happy to give you the inside scoop on what's happening in the Tucson area. They were also extremely helpful for my situation moving in and very easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend - you will love this spot - don't let it get away if it's available!

Beautiful stay

Had a great stay here, Jill is a kind and considerate host and the stay is on the hills overlooking downtown. Great location, great host.

My lovely recent stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is great, so much hiking spots close by and downtown is at a walking distance. J and B are very accommodating, they check on me at times if I need anything while also keeping my privacy. 10/10 would stay here again.

Peace and Wildlife

The Hummingbird Studio was exactly what I needed, when I needed it most. It was conveniently located, comfortably appointed, and afforded the most spectacular views year round. My hosts were more like family and I will treasure them always! No words can adequately describe the peace and tranquillity I felt sitting outside, reading a book, only to look up and find I was being watched by a hummingbird. There were always a variety of beautiful birds, rabbits, squirrels present. During monsoon season, the view of the storms rolling in was breathtaking. Each sunset was awe inspiring in its own way. The whole experience was quite zen. I look forward to returning again someday!

Excellent home away from home!

This is a great little studio apartment with amazing views of downtown Tucson! Its very quiet and comfortable to stay in. The landlord is super receptive and wonderful to work with. If youll be working in Tucson dont pass this up! Its clean, eclectic, and affordable. Youll enjoy your stay here :)

This place is amazing! has the best view in Tucson, close to downtown, hiking, biking, and walking is just a step outside. J and B are very super nice people they know Tucson well. It's very peaceful and quiet ?? up on the hill and you get to see some wildlife. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. You have your own shady parking area with a canopy cover and some benches to sit on to absorb the view day and night. The studio is great! I highly recommend this place, Thank you all so much.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

Better than expected! This house is up on the hillside with an unobstructed view of the Tucson valley. Charming yet functional living space. Convenient parking and private patio directly out front. Mellow neighborhood backed up to local hiking trails. Plenty of privacy from the upstairs tenants, as the units don't face each other & have separate entrances. Possible to walk to the grocery store, but more suitable for a short bike ride.

Amazing view and great landlord

Up on A Mountain, this spot has an amazing view and is centered in nature with trails surrounding you. Close to down town and the Mercado, it is everything you need. The landlord is very attentive and was always quick to help us with any requests. Quiet neighborhood and awesome wood beam ceilings. Highly recommend!

Home away from Home

Words seem to fail to describe how incredible this studio is! It took me less than 5 minutes to get to St Mary Hospital in the morning. The studio is the perfect size to feel roomy yet cozy, a super comfortable bed and sofa. All the kitchen supplies you need, and trust me I made steak tacos to pad Thai, this kitchenette can be put to work. Bathroom was great with plenty of hot water. Now the view, simply OUTSTANDING! From the studio, and from the observatory deck, you see all of downtown and Tucson in all its glory. The sunsets behind you against the mountain, which is your backyard, are truly a masterpiece of art. Jill and Brad were beyond amazing, I'll never be able to fully repay them for all they did for me. But I can say not only did I enjoy Tucson, but I left making some incredible friends. Enjoy Happy Hour!

Panorama Circle

Ive lived on Panorama Circle in one of Jills properties for the last year and a half and it has been wonderful! The view is absolutely stunning, especially at night. I feel lucky to live here every time I step outside. Its peaceful and quiet up here, nature trails right down the street, yet its ridiculously close to downtown, nice cafes right at the foot of the hill. Best of both worlds. I would highly recommend Jill as a landlord. She is quick and attentive and responds to texts and calls right away, and she takes excellent care of her properties!

I loved this little apartment so much! It has everything you need for a long term stay and is conveniently located near downtown and Saguaro National Park. The views from the patio are arguably the best in Tucson! I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I am ever on assignment as a travel Physical Therapist in Tucson.

Brad and Jill went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure I was comfortable during my stay here. They frequently checked in to see if I needed anything. The property itself is beautiful and is located right above downtown Tucson. I would argue you have the best view of downtown in all of Tucson just from the patio. I so enjoyed my time here and would recommend this space. I really feel that you cannot beat the location and proximity to some of the best of Tucson! I enjoyed living here so much I extended my stay an additional 3 months. The neighborhood is safe and quiet as well.
