Perfect!

A very well-furnished apartment that is spacious, has been thoughtfully decorated, and has everything you need for your stay, this is the place for you. The view overlooking the Cumberland River lures you outside and Rock Harbor Marina is literally a few steps away where you can enjoy dinner and drinks outside on the water during the warmer season (they were open until November 9). Target, Costco, and many grocery stores are just a short drive away. Vanderbilt is roughly 18 minutes away in traffic, about 12 minutes in the early morning. If you work nights, you will always be going the opposite direction of rush hour traffic which is a plus. G is a WONDERFUL HOST!!! He has truly thought of everything one may need during their stay here including beach towels for the pool, snacks, and every kitchen gadget you will need to make yourself a meal. The only thing I bought during my stay was a hand mixer. You will be greeted by friendly neighbors in a safe, quiet location.

Well furnished, quiet apartment right on the Cumberland River. Very comfortable accommodations. Perfect for healthcare travelers who need a place to relax after a hard shift. Shopping and restaurants located just down the street. Less than 10 minutes from Nashville General hospital. If I find myself back in Nashville, I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Felt like home!

Hands down the best place I have stayed in my travels. Katie, is exactly the landlady you hope to encounter, always responsive, friendly without being intrusive. The apartment is furnished with every conceivable necessity including a sewing kit, shampoo, body wash, makeup remover wipes, and enough coffee, snacks and condiments to get you through the first couple of days until you can get to the store. Very conveniently located with easy access to interstates and stores. T&N Pho is close and has the best Pho i have ever eaten. The truth is I almost extended my contract just to stay at the apt!
