Eric is dishonest
Will not give back my deposit or respond to email or text.The first impression of Eric was great. However, when I moved out, I left his place cleaner than when I moved in. I attempted several times to reach him for deposit. After multiple attempts to request my deposit. He finally responded after I went through Furnish Fiders. Apologized, then said he would process my deposit right away. Never received my deposit, and now he has ghosted me.

Lovely Town House
Gorgeous property. Very clean and close to City Center and Hospitals. Very safe area, and quiet. Owners very accommodating , honest and friendly, helpful. Neighbors quiet and pleasant. I couldnt have found a better place to stay.

Great unit and pleasant host
If I decide to take another travel assignment in Bakersfield, I will definitely stay here if its available. The location is perfect. Easy commute to and from the hospital and restaurants. The grocery store is also nearby. The host was very welcoming and nice throughout my time here.
