The best furnished finder I've ever stayed at!

I highly recommend this place! This house is beautiful; the host Kyle has done a fantastic job on this place. The location with proximity to North Cheyene Canon, I was a 9 minute drive to my favorite hike in The Springs! There's a great selection of grocery stores, restaurants and even a brewery within about a mile from the house. The house has a fully furnished kitchen, I didn't have to bring anything and cooked alot with what was readily available. Their was great attention to detail that I've never before experienced in my travel accommodations such as smart lighting throughout and air purifiers in bedrooms. This house is in a cozy neighborhood with a great front porch for relaxing/reading outdoors. The host is responsive and wants his guests to have a great stay and that is evident the moment you walk through the door.

Amazing Accommodation!

Kyle is a great host! He was very responsive during communications, and he provided a well organized and clean house. I am a physical therapy student traveling for a clinical rotation, so it is great for any traveling medical professional. Kyle does a great job screening for guests as my house mates were all very nice and respectful of shared spaces. This is a great place to stay with great access to the highway to make commutes easy and great access to the amenities of the Springs.

This house is amazing. You couldnt ask for a better place to spend time while in Colorado. The landlord is so amazing he has thought of everything! And hes available for anything that could possibly come up. I was in town for a clinical rotation and he made it home to me. The house has all the amenities. Highly recommend!!! Grab this place before it fills up you will not regret it.

Fabulous house and stay!!!

It was a delight staying here. The house clean, warm, secure and had everything you would need except for your cloths and food. It was my home away from home, I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here. Kyle, the property owner is very kind, nice and very helpful. The property does have security cameras outside and sensor lights as well. There is a nice area outside that has gas grill and and tables and chairs. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. I hope to get come back here next year! The neighborhood was quite and the house beautifully decorated.

Upstairs loft

Kyle was very accomdating. I had messaged him last minute on a place to stay on COVID-19 and he was quick to respond and willing to let me stay after the background check went through. The pictures were exactly how it looks. His place is lovely and homie and I always felt safe and at home. The privacy I had at the was awesome. It was big enough that no one really bothers each other and also clean and spacious. Thanks Kyle for a wonderful stay! If anyone is looking for a place to stay, stay at Kyle's place!

Fantastic comfortable housing!

This is a great and beautiful place to stay. Pictures depict the place accurately. The neighborhood is quiet. The place is quiet and organized with multiple travelers living here we never had to fight over the laundry room, bathroom or kitchen. Every bedroom is spacious with its own private bathroom and the price youre paying makes this place a steal. I would stay here again for sure! Thanks for taking great care of this place, Kyle!

Would Stay Again!

Kyle provides a great experience for travelers! The house has plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and a door with a key. I always felt safe staying there. Plenty of space in the driveway for cars. Central to all health facilities in the area. I stayed here for 7 months, and was sad to go! I would stay again if I was in CO springs again.

Awesome house!

I took a travel nursing assignment at UC Health and had a blast in Colorado! Super nice house, and a super nice landlord. This place is fancy, and very affordable. 10 min drive to work, 10 min drive to hiking. Very nice neighborhood and so close to giant mountains. Staying here was so much fun.m The property owner, Kyle, got us a brand new dishwasher and an extra refrigerator. Didnt have to, just wanted us to have an amazing experience. Im giving this place and Kyle 5 stars, and Ill probably be back again. Amazing place to live!

Beautiful home

I am a travel nurse and stayed at this property. Easy to work with, good sized room, nice kitchen, nice bed, private bathroom, lock on door!
