I stayed in Ls Adelanto place and rented a room for 4 months for an assignment and had a great experience with the place and the family I lived with. Would recommend the place.

Ive stayed at a couple of L's locations. All have been wonderful stays. L is also always available to answer and questions or concerns. He was accommodating and helpful with any concerns that arose.

Master Bedroom with Private Bath

We enjoyed our stay in the Master Bedroom with a double-sink private bath. The room has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, window A/C, big-screen TV mounted on the wall, a large dresser, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. You have access to the kitchen with a gas range, a large-capacity microwave, and a reserved section inside the main refrigerator. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating; if you need anything, they will bend over backwards to help you. The house is less than a 5-min drive to a large shopping center with a super Walmart with numerous restaurants on one side of the road and a Stater Bros. Markets grocery store with multiple restaurants on the other. To my surprise, being in the high-desert, Victorville has many Asian restaurants, and if you like Pho as much as we do, check out Pho Saigon Le. It's one of the best I've ever been to. So if your travels land you in the high desert of Victorville, I highly recommend staying here.

Great Place!

I would highly recommend this place. I had a great experience while staying at this property. L is a wonderful host. He was super responsive and willing to help whenever I had a question. Place is very clean and the area is a nice location. Would definitely come back again!

Very comfortable

L is a great host. My wife and I stayed for two months. He is very accommodating and easy to work with. He seems genuinely concerned with his guests comfort and is always just a phone call away. Highly recommend any of his rooms.

Desert Oasis

Rented this property for 3 months during the summer while on assignment in apple valley. The property was very clean and very well kept. The owner is a very nice and accommodating to his guests. I had a blast while on assignment and it was nice to know that when I got back to the room that the other renters were respectful and I never had a problem with anyone else in the place. 10/10 would rent again.

Multiple Properties

Stayed at a few of Lofredos properties while working at St Marys. Everything was well taken care of and clean. He was always available to answer questions. I never had any issues. Would absolutely stay with him again.

Wonderful Stay

Im a travel nurse who stood at L's place for 5 months During my travel assignment. Its home away from home. The room was immaculate! L was extremely kind and professional and makes your time there very comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this place to stay 5 Hands down!

Comfortable stay

L was a very hospitable and helpful during my stay. The property was clean and I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at L's property again if Im ever working in the area again.

Cozy Room in Quiet Neighborhood

I lived in the guest room in the main house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and washer+dryer, and that makes me feel at home. I had a dog with me and she was also happy to stay here and greeting everyone in the house. The landlord is friendly and always answers my questions. I highly recommend this place!!

Bird House Review

I stayed in one of Lofredos listings. He was a gracious host and while we never met in person due work schedules, he was in contact during my entire stay and made sure I was comfortable. I had access to the main house and kitchen (didnt need to use it but it was nice to have), and still had privacy and a large outdoor space to myself. The studio itself was small but was super clean and thoughtfully decorated. I didnt feel cramped at all. There were a few other tenants and all were quiet and friendly. The area is safe and close to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be staying with Lofredo again if I come back to the High Desert.

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay while on assignment in the high desert. Lofredo made sure my stay was comfortable and was always available to answer any questions and work with me to make sure there was great communication! The area is quiet and never had any issues with neighbors. Very respectful which is important for solo female traveler. Doing laundry inside the house was not as bad as I thought it would be, the family was inviting and the environment was welcoming. Would stay here again if I'm ever back in the desert !

Amazing place!!

I cant say enough good things about Lofredo and his hospitality. Absolutely amazing, like I honestly never felt more chill and homey. The room is a good size the bed is super comfy! Theres a mini fridge which held more than enough of food supplies for just me. I stayed with my dog and hes a big boy 67 lbs, theres a run in the back for dogs and Lofredo was super kind and accommodating with me and my dog and lets just say my dog was a handful. I cant recommend enough how easy your stay would be here. Getting enough rest for work and getting to St.Marys wasnt a long drive at all. Thank you so much for my time here and being such an amazing host honestly.

Great place

The place was great, it was close to my travel assignment. Lofredo was an awesome host and extremely accommodating. He made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place, esp if you plan to work at St Marys.
