Great first stay!

Fred really set the bar high as far as property managers go! He was very quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the rental itself was clean with a ton of amenities. If I ever find myself back in Albuquerque, this place will be #1 on my list!

Amazing rental !

This rental is the most clean comfortable and well furnished I've stayed in. As a travel nurse coming from New England the space had everything I needed and after a 12 hour shift I truly felt at home here. We utilized the back patio and grill with the soft lighted trees as a back drop. The landlord Fred and his wife were easily assessable. Fred gave me insights into the area and provided information in the rental for places of interest. There were no issues with the rental . I especially liked the attached garage. It was great to store my e-bike in. There's a wonderful market across the street and the best Tapas place I have ever eaten at. Do not hesitate to book here. It's also in a very safe area. If I contract in Albuquerque again this will be my only choice.

Awesome property!

We had an extended stay here for about 5 months while we got settled and looked for a permanent home. We loved this property. It always felt safe and it was a great location for us, since we were still learning the area. It's very conveniently located near the highways, the university, hospitals, and right by downtown and old town. We brought some things from home, but the house came fully stocked, so I never had to go into our kitchen supplies or linens. It made the whole stay feel special. Fred is a also great. He is super kind and helpful and always there when you need help or have a question. We were very happy with our stay. Originally we were only supposed to stay for 3 months, but we kept extending because we liked the property. I definitely recommend this house if you need a comfortable place to stay with a great location and amenities.

Excellent property

This is the best property I have ever stayed in. It instantly felt like a home away from home. The property comes with everything a person could need and Fred was incredibly helpful and responsive to any issues quickly. The next time I get assigned to this area I hope and pray I can het one of these amazing properties to stay in. I couldn't recommend this property highly enough.

Perfect condo

This place was more than I could have expected. Perfect condo for myself and fur baby. From the location close to everything, small yard for my fur baby, plenty of space as pictured, landlords that were friendly with great communication, and most of all felt safe with garage and security cameras/alarms in area. Nice neighborhood for daily walks and loved Tingley Beach nearby for fishing and hiking. If I ever come back to Albuquerque I would definitely rent this place again! Thanks again Fred and Dominica.

Cozy, Clean, Safe, Convenient

Fred and Dominica are awesome hosts/landlords. If there was ever an issue they are quick to respond, show up, or fix anything. The house was very clean when we arrived and we appreciated that the bedding and towels were brand new. The AC and heat both worked very well. It is obvious that they go out of their way to provide thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. They provided a brand new blender in the kitchen when I asked if there would be one. We felt safe during our stay and never had an issue with stolen packages or anything like that. We enjoyed the covered back patio area and were even able to grow tomatoes and basil in pots during the summer months. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and especially the downtown grower's market it's also super convenient to have a small grocery store right across the street. Bigger stores like sprouts, Whole Foods, or Costco were only about a 10-15 min drive.

Amazing Highly Reccomend

This place is so convenient. For me and my boyfriend it was easy to get on either highway 40 or 25 to get where we needed to go. Most hospitals are under 10 min away. The home has so much space especially if you have a pet. The neighborhood was really nice and peaceful, great for taking walks. We had no issues with any utilities and if we ever needed anything Mr.R was always there to answer and help us out. Mr.R and his wife also kept us updated on any current events (ex. Farmers market, Power outage, Local events) and any local spots worth trying out. We really loved the privacy and quietness the home was able to provide. The outside of the home was very well lit and included security cameras. Mr.R and his property made our stay in ABQ a great experience.

Home away from home

Where to start, this property is amazing. Very close to all the hospitals in the area and very close to all sorts of activities! There is a great grocery store right across the street that you have to check out! Hiking is very close as well, which was a huge thing for me. The landlords were just as good as the property, always there when needed and even would chat from time to time. If I was to go back to NM I would stay at this location again for sure!!!

Great Location!

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was great and down the street from the hospital so it was a short commute to and from work! The renters are wonderful and kept us up to date with activities and events going on in the community! If we had any concerns or issues, they were quick to accommodate and resolve any issues. If I return to Albuquerque, I would definitely reach out to them for a place to stay!

Outstanding Host, Beautiful Home

The house was just as the pictures described, . The host went above and beyond to provide for the tenants in case of any issues. Great security around the house and a local market store right across the street.

Exactly as presented; clean, comfy, and safe

Property is exactly as presented in pictures, close to downtown and Old Town (can walk to both) and close to hospitals. As a single female, I felt safe and secure staying here. Property owners have added security features (night alarm, automatic lights, etc.), are incredibly responsive, and are just all around good people!

Great place to stay

The owners are very easy to deal with . Extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout my stay. Unit was clean and well stocked and in a good location. Felt safe and no issues during my stay.

Review of stay

Stayed at this townhome home for a couple months the hosts were great any issues or things I needed they were happy to help, also location was nice didnt have any issues with loud noises or anything of sorts, and pictures were as good as in person all around I would recommend this place to anyone traveling for work or even vacation great place all around !

Mr and Mrs R and great people. With all their security cameras outdoors I felt very safe having to leave to work at night or early morning.

Home away from home

I dont even know where to start at describing how amazing F &D are ! They went over and above at being amazing host for the beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. The location is excellent only 5 minutes are so from UNMH where I was doing my first travel assignment. The home is beautiful decorated and everything you could possibly need for a long stay. All appliance are updated ( it has every appliance you could think of . The home is squeaky clean with so many extra touches like brand new plush towels , toiletries, spotless cookware and kitchen ware . The beds are amazingly comfortable with beautiful comforters and blankets. My most favorite amenity is the balcony on the front accessible from the bedroom with a beautiful view of the mountains. The patio on the back is quite lovely. Its private with ample space and seating and cute little decorations and solar lights. I love the sun sail to keep the area shaded on warm days . Oh did I mention private parking and a garage with remote. Thank you F & D for the unexpected treats and wine ( that made me smile so much!) Dont think twice about renting this apartment if youre looking for accommodations in Albuquerque uptown are . You wont regret it .

Excellent Space!

F*** is an excellent landlord, he has cameras overlooking the property, great outside lighting for safety when coming home late at night, and he rapidly responds and resolves any issue that may come up. The space is clean, homey and in an excellent location. We ended up extending here for almost a year. Highly recommend!

Couldnt have found a better stay

This stay has it all. There is plenty of space, the decor is beautiful, a convenient grocery store right across the street, a 7 min drive to UNM hospital, with downtown just a short drive away. F and D were a delight to meet, reach out to, and overall interact with. They answered right away if we needed anything. A couple things I really loved was this home has amazing water pressure and hot water. The garage shined during rain and snow. When the weather warmed up the patio was the cherry on top. Would definitely rent from F and D again.

Right off of Lomas

This was a great establishment with equally pleasant home owners. The home owners provided you with local events, eateries and even picked up my packages while away. The location was 5 minutes away from the hospital in a real safe area of ABQ.

perfect for travelers

The landlords are truly amazing people! I would rent again from them in a heartbeat! This townhouse is everything a traveler could want great location to everything, especially UNMH, huge amount of space and your own garage! Honestly, I felt so safe here and I travel alone with a tiny dog!

Perfect home away from home

I loved staying at this property! The furniture was comfortable and the area was super convenient to Old Town and Downtown. The garage and back patio was the perfect addition to the property. I felt incredibly safe at the property as a solo woman traveler. Whenever I had any questions or issues, the owners were only a quick text away. I would 100% stay here again if Im back in the Albuquerque area!

From the first time I messaged about this property to the walk-through just before I left, F and D have been nothing but amazing, accommodating, and hospitable. The application process was seamless. The communication back and forth was nothing but gracious and kind. They even checked on me every time I was headed home (Tucson, AZ) to make sure I made it there safely. The house... where do I start. It's comfortable, spacious, clean, and very accommodating. There is a TV in both bedrooms and a TV downstairs. They had a fire pit outside with firewood in it to make our stay so amazing. The outdoor space was all ours with a wooden fence for the utmost privacy. The kitchen was easy to cook in and I was so thankful to be cooking on/in a gas stove/oven. My bedroom had an outdoor balcony attached to it. The second bedroom was huge with a very spacious sitting room in the bedroom. As you can tell, I can't say enough great things about this home or the Riveras. Thank you for everything

Amazing place! Amazing landlords! 5-stars all the way!

I sent a request out in search of a place that truly fit my needs and F responded fairly quick. He gave me a call and we talked about the rental property and he sent the pictures. I enjoyed what I saw and I decided to book his place for my contract. The pictures that he sent me didn't really do it justice because when you got there in person, it looked so much better! I really enjoyed every aspect of the home and everything was remodeled since I was the first tenant to move in after his long-term tenant left. Everything worked and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful for my stay. F and his wife are extremely friendly and kind when you meet them. They don't leave you in the dark and if you need anything, you can ask them and they'll help you if it is within their ability. They'll check up on you every now and then to make sure you're still doing okay. I really enjoyed my stay at F's property and I would stay there again if I ever get another contract in Albuquerque.

Where do I begin

I'm not sure I have words to express how amazing D and F are as landlords or how perfect this cute cozy townhome is. From the first interaction I felt care and compassion. My check in day was no different. I was welcomed at the townhome by D and F and immediately felt at home. They are so friendly and welcoming, and the townhome is just perfect. From the decor to the furnishings, it had everything I needed for a 6 month stay. I was immediately put at ease by the security cameras and locks with codes on the doors as well as knowing they office on the premises, therefore, are steps away during the day. They made my husband feel completely at ease leaving knowing they would check on and look out for me, and they absolutely did. The location was so fun between movie filming and the short run to Tingly Beach and through the country club neighborhood as well as Old Town. I can't recommend this townhome or D and F enough. They made my Albuquerque stay absolutely awesome!

Great furnished rental

This property was clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and put a lot of thought into making sure the home has everything you might need. I stayed here for 3 months and I felt very safe the entire time. I loved that there was a garage for my car. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Albuquerque.

Great Stay!

I had the best stay here. The owners keep the property in top shape and provide so many thoughtful touches. The condo itself is very spacious, has lovely outdoor seating areas between the back patio and upstairs balcony. Plenty of actual living area where you can spread out and really feel at home. The location is less than 10 minutes away from the downtown hospitals, which was a huge bonus for me. Also having a garage was great. Would stay again and happily recommend this place to anyone looking for housing in Albuquerque!

Best place to stay while in ABQ

This truly was the best experience I could ask for while traveling. The owners were extremely welcoming, helpful, and resourceful always there for any needs or questions. The unit was spacious, safe, private and came with everything you needed for day to day life. Being there alone I always felt safe and protected with security cameras outside the units and warning sounds when someone walked by late at night. The owners checked in to make sure things were going well. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and space.

Albuquerque GEM

As a travel nurse you always want to feel at home. Here we did! F and his wife were amazing. We moved into a furnished, fully decorated with all the ABQ touches, a stocked pantry to get us started; coffee, snack, even treats for our fur babies, new linens and toiletries. We were greeted with open arms and felt right at home. Anytime we needed anything F was only a few steps away! I highly recommend the property. It was a 10/10 for sure. I enjoyed being close to downtown and old town. And only a 4 min drive to UNM. If I ever make it back to ABQ I will be sure to stay with them again!

Best rental ever!!!

F and D were WONDERFUL hosts! The house was super clean and well furnished with everything you could need from toiletries to appliances! It was definitely one of my favorite furnished finder houses I have stayed in while being a travel nurse. Quick responses and there if you ever need anything. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Best place to stay in ABQ

Deciding to live here has been the best decision I have ever made. I am a travel nurse and have lived in several short term stays and this is by far the best place I have stayed. Not only is this townhouse perfect and so cute, F and D are the absolute BEST landlords ever. The area is safe and very convenient for working at UNMH. When I return to ABQ I will definitely live here again. I cannot recommend this place as well as F and D enough!

Wonderful property and great location!

My husband and I relocated from San Diego in September, 2020. We needed temporary housing while we looked for a home to purchase. We initially had a two month lease that extended to six months. This property was a perfect temporary residence for us. All amenities we needed were provided and the location is great! Walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, Old Town, Downtown. Also easy access to freeways! And to top it off Fred Rivera and team are outstanding landlords and addressed any questions we had in a timely, friendly and professional manner!
