Large Space close to Public Tansport

Tolu's space is as pictured and indeed spacious with a cozy bedroom and larger living room (no TV was set up). The bathroom had a walk-in shower. Laundry room was downstairs in the basement as well. The small dining area had a table for 2 and chairs where a view of the backyard (very green & lovely) could be seen from the patio doors. Tolu was very helpful with details of the space and was just a text message away. A nice stay.

I stayed here for around three months for an internship, and this place was perfect for it! The neighborhood was peaceful and very accessible, as it is within walking distance of the Shady Grove metro. The landlord was wonderful, and she made me feel at home while also respecting my privacy. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, I would definitely recommend checking this place out!!

Great experience!

Could not say enough great things about this property and landlord! I stayed here for about 5 months. The location is a safe neighborhood and close to many shops and grocery stores for all of your needs. The basement is spacious, cozy, and had access to private bathroom and washer and dryer. Although the entrance is shared, I truly felt like I had my own space and privacy. The landlord is welcoming, kind, and was always available for any accommodations. I highly recommend this place for anyone who works in the area or in DC.

Great rental

I would highly recommend this place. Its very clean and spacious. The location is in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located to many stores. I worked at Sibley Memorial in DC which was about a half hour away but not a bad drive at all. The owner is so nice and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great rental, exceptional experience!

My two month stay at this property was absolutely amazing! The townhouse is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and easy access to shops, restaurants, groceries and even the Shady Grove Metro. The basement rental was exceptionally clean and spacious with a private bathroom/living area and access to a washer/dryer. The landlord was warm and inviting but respected my privacy. She made sure I had everything I needed during my stay and was the kindest landlord anyone could ask for! I sincerely enjoyed my stay and it is my pleasure giving this rental a five star rating!
