Great Home & Owners
Overall, I really enjoyed this place. The space is more than enough space for 1 person. There's a full kitchen with a stove, cooking supplies, microwave, and full size fridge. There is a ton of storage space in the kitchen. The living room has a TV with a Fire Stick so you can stream. There's also a shoe rack at the front door which is nice too. Restroom has a newly renovated shower and a dual sink area. Lots of towels and below sink cabinet space. Full size W/D in it's own separate room. The room has a great sized closet and comfy bed. Great location and took about 10-15min to drive to UW Northwest and maybe 20min or so to drive to Seattle. Trader Joe's and Safeway are very close. Also, I loved walking around the neighborhood. It felt very safe! Boeing Creek Park is a quick walk away. S & G are so nice and kind. Very quick to respond. They are some of the best landlord's I've had. I would have stayed here longer but unfortunately had to move. I would recommend their place!
Wonderful hosts!
I'm a medical traveler and stayed here for several months. It was extremely clean, had all the amenities needed (completely private unit, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc) and was in a nice neighborhood. Parking is right out front of the unit by the sidewalk and I never had any issues in the area. Short drive to downtown Edmonds for good restaurants and about a 15-20 min drive to Seattle in the mornings. They are wonderful hosts and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental unit! Thank you both for everything!
Travel Hospital Worker
During my stay I experienced many obstacles and life-events (like losing a job and finding another). The homeowners were with me every step of the way and were very understanding. That is not something you can put a price on. Pros Huge living room - lots of natural light All appliances new Lots of closet space in bedroom Plenty of free street parking Safe and quiet neighborhood Cons No TV (not a big deal, I found a cheap 46" 4K on amazon for ~300) T-Mobile service is so-so within the apartment I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was to stay here thanks to the kindness of the homeowners.
