Azulinda is the best landlord. She referred to me as roommate, which shows you how down to earth she is! She tries to accommodate to your situation, and could ask for anything more. As for the property, the private room and bathrooms are clean. The price is very reasonable. The best part is the location. You are minutes away from the mall, restaurants, movie theaters, hospitals, Costco, and Total Wine!

A great spot.

A safe gated complex to rest after a long day at work. Hostess was wonderful. Clean and private bath + room. Well mannered and quiet puppy dog, quite cute. I would stay here again if ever in the need. Great spot!

Stellar experience

The hostess, A, is an absolute sweetheart. She was always very considerate and accommodating. The property itself was nice. A private bedroom and bathroom, with full access to the kitchen and living room in a gated complex in the heart of Sacramento. I always safe and at home while staying there, though I think I spoiled her puppies a bit much. I would absolutely stay here again, I recommend it to anyone.
