A gem!

The apartment is well furnished, nicely appointed and the neighbors is safe and wonderful. The shotgun cleaned having been professionally done so. The landlady is a gem herself. We made fast friends. She is lovely, accommodating and will take care of issues IF such a thing occurs. I treasured my time there. I will be back! Hope it's open when I do get back!

Nice property but Cleanliness issue!

I had an unfortunate experience renting this property and am sharing for transparency. I moved in on March 23 after paying $2,450 and found the unit was not thoroughly cleaned, with visible dog hair left behind from a previous tenant. Within two days, I began getting bites and discovered fleas on my dog and in the living room, which I reported immediately while paying out of pocket for treatment. I was assured the issue would be handled during an 11-day trip, but when I returned on April 5, fleas were still present and I continued to get bitten. I moved out on April 6 after staying only four nights and was refunded $1,000, which I do not feel adequately reflected the situation. While the landlord was responsive and the property itself is spacious and in a safe area, I strongly recommend confirming the unit has been professionally cleaned and treated for pests before moving in.

Absolutely amazing

A. is an amazing owner and landlord. Shes timely and organized and extremely trustworthy. I felt so safe living in this home. We really became such good friends. The space is well kept and the location is perfect. The ferry right down the street provides easy access to downtown and the views from the levee are spectacular. I would love to come back again, and again, and again. Would 100% recommend.

Our favorite furnished finder thus far!

In two years of traveling, this has been our favorite housing so far. The central location to the hospital & ferry is unbeatable. Algiers Point neighborhood is beautiful, safe, walkable & the levee path that is two blocks away gives you a perfect view of the city & Mississippi River. The apartment is stocked with anything you could need & Arletta is a fantastic landlord that is always available should you need anything. I couldnt have dreamed of a better experience & when we get back to NOLA, this house is the only place I would want to stay. 5+ stars, 10/10 would recommend!!!
