Fantastic Stay from a Student on a rotation in Charlotte!

I MUST start by saying that Mrs. Lynn and Mr. Rick are fantastic hosts. The apartment itself is amazing: the beds are comfortable, appliances are up to date, there is ample space to store clothes/utilities that you may have brought, and there is safe parking streetside to the house. Aside from the apartment itself, if you are a traveling student this location is perfect for commuting to the city with a 15-20 min drive. Dallas itself has a nice small-town feel, the location of the apartment is fantastic because in walking distance you have a gym, the town square with multiple restaurants/bars with weekly specials and amazing food, and 2 blocks over, there is a grocery store and gas station which we appreciated. If you are to read any sentence in this review, this one should stick: I did not feel like a patron of their home, I felt like a long-term guest; not only do I feel that I have met some great people during my stay, but I would consider them friends from another state now!

Cozy comfortable stay !

Clean comfortable space for the single traveler. The owners are wonderful with prompt replies and quick to help accommodate any issues. The location is perfect. street parking with lights. 2 washers and Dryers for your use with other renters. Safe local vibe with 2 Bar- Restaurants A very short walk away . My favorite was the the pickle , but Sammy's Pub is cool as well. Pizza shop , Sub Shop ,gas station and supermarket less than half a mile away. Safe neighborhood for walking . I did a few miles in the early AM. With no worries. The owners are always available and great to sit with and have an evening glass of wine if you choose. I highly recommend this lovely space , 3 well decorated safe stays, . Pick one and relax

The Best

I lived here for 6 months while on assignment in Gastonia. The hosts are incredibly kind, generous people who really strive to (and do) provide a home away from home. They are easily reached should any needs arise. The apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable, has every amenity one could need, and is in a safe area. The location could not be more perfect, 10 minutes from Caromont Regional and within a short walking distance to several bars, restaurants, grocery store, and gym. The town of Dallas is lovely and the people are welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay here again should I find myself on assignment out that way in the future.

You cannot go wrong with this listing! The space is adorable and feels like home. You are provided with everything you need & best of all the owner is as sweet as they come! Perfect space for a female who is traveling solo!

Gorgeous and Convenient

The home owners are absolutely wonderful people and will do every thing they can, to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The property is beautiful and very convenient. It is in historic Dallas and is only a 10 minute drive to Caromont Medical Center. If I ever get to go back to Gastonia, I would not hesitate to stay with them again!

These owners are fabulous and absolutely go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent in this sweet apartment!!! It was perfect!!!

Cozy Apartment in Historic Dallas

A lovely garage apartment less than 15 minutes from Caromont! Dont deal with traffic when you dont have to...the owners are delightful and always ready and eager to fix any issue...but you wont have any. The neighborhood is peaceful, lots of beautiful historic houses, you can even walk to the grocery store. Truly a treasure!
