Lovely place to stay!

My Fianc and I stayed here for 4 months, and we loved the place and the area. Its a perfect fit for one person, and two people can fit in there fine. P was an amazing host, and very welcoming! We hope to stay again someday! Harborview hospital is about 15 min drive early in the morning commute to work.

The Absolute Best!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay in West Seattle to be close to our daughter and her family. Everything was super expensive, not furnished and with added costs of internet, garbage, etc. Then, we found this incredible cottage. The monthly rent includes everything. On top of this good news was the cottage itself - completely self-contained, cozy, comfortable, spacious (compared to other places in West Seattle), clean and the feeling of "being home". To be honest, it was hard to leave. Our granddaughter still talks about "The Gargoyle" house (there are two small gargoyles walking through the tree lined path to the front door). Really, I don't think there is anything else like it in West Seattle. Don't hesitate to rent this adorable cottage. It is worth it!!

Cozy Stay

Pat is a wonderful host. Shes very responsive and friendly. The cottage is very cozy. It has so many wonderful features and nice touches throughout. There is lot of natural light and a gas fireplace that instantly warms up the entire unit. The heated floors and sensor lights are absolutely luxurious. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

Charming Beach Oasis Near City

As a remote professional, living abroad, I booked this cottage for 3 months. When my trip was extended, I didn't hesitate to extend my stay. I've loved coming 'home' to the cottage! Situated in a lush garden. Walking distance to stores and views. Charming interior meets thoughtful design. Open layout, high ceilings. Great kitchen, appliances & no detail overlooked. Windows stream in Seattle's limited sunlight. A spacious master bath w/heated floors to keep the toes happy! Cozy gas fireplace a bonus for quiet evenings in w/ a book. Stellar internet. Landlord is a gem. I highly recommend.
