Amazing Stay

I lived in this home for the past eight months, and my experience was nothing but positive. The house was always safe, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to truly feel at home. Everything was well maintained, and I never had to worry about security or basic necessities during my stay. The homeowners were respectful of my personal space and privacy at all times. They were also extremely accommodating whenever anything was needed, whether it was a small request or general support. Their communication was clear and considerate, and they genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming place to live.

Great Pick!

Wonderful place to stay for anyone doing a travel contract! Super convenient location right by the harbor and close to major attractions and necessities like gas stations, transportation, grocery stores, and anything else you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, suitable for anyone doing nightshift. I had no problem getting rest here. The property is really spacious and I loved spending time in the kitchen. The hosts are also very accommodating and approachable. They frequently checked in, making sure I was comfortable which I appreciate. If I have a chance to come back here for a new work contract, Ill pick this property again!

Couldnt have found a better place.

Youre in luck! My Landlords provided for everything that I needed. The home is immaculate and the area is possibly the best in the area of Oxon Hill. Smack in the middle of Natl Harbor its with easy access to everything you might possibly need in a well-kept gated community. Im keeping their contact so I have a place to stay on my next visit to the DC area.

Wonderful host couple

D and A are an amazing couple and a wealth of knowledge. Their home is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We had several communications prior to my arrival and when I arrived everything was a discussed. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.

Beautiful Views, nice quiet house, and always something to do at the harbor.

The host family was nice and reasonable with all the accommodations. The area was always nice because the National Harbor always had something fun to do. The house isn't a far drive from the DC area as well if want to go exploring in the city.

Perfect for Travel Nurses!!!!

This was my 3rd time taking travel contracts in the DC area and my 3rd different housing opportunity. I must say D and A have provided me with the best experience yet! They are two of the most respectful/easy going people I have encountered. The house is very clean and in an excellent location. National harbor and surrounding area provides many opportunities for food and entertainment. The home is large and allows you to enjoy personal time alone; however, its warm and welcoming atmosphere make you feel comfortable being in common areas for food/drink/and social time. Also, the community is gated making parking easy and accessible even on weekends when the harbor area is busy. I will 100% be looking at this property as my 1st option in the future.

Great place to stay

Great neighborhood, love the room, and the landlords. Easy access to national harbor. Very clean, landlords are very accommodating. Hope that if i get a contract back in the area the room will open for me to rent. Becky..

Fantastic accommodations!!!

I am a traveling health-care professional at a local DC hospital and was fortunate to find such a wonderful place to stay. The location is great; just a few minutes to the highway and about 20 - 25 minutes to the metro DC area. The neighborhood is new and close to many restaurants, shopping etc. The 4 story townhouse is stunning and has a shared (gourmet) kitchen, a large great room, and a laundry area. The owners are wonderful and could not be more accommodating! A+++

The perfect arrangement

This property was beautiful and immaculate. The location was perfect for the job assignment I was on. Many amenities at a walking distance or very short drive. Alecia and Darryl are two of the nicest laid back people I have met on my travels. I consider them family now. I frequent the DMV area for work at times for short and not so short work contracts. They will always be a first option for me if they have the availability whenever I visit the area for work or just a get away. Very classy people but even more relaxed and personable as well.
