1498 apartment

We are on a wooded lot, four acres. It is very private and safe. There is a shed, barn and our home.
There are lights that stay on from dusk to 10. Parking is not a problem. we accept cats but no dogs.
The apartment has a outside patio area. We have a full house generator, that is needed in the winter.
