Located in a safe and nice neighborhood. Juanita beach is less than a mile away. Evergreen is a 5-7 minute drive. Came with my own assigned parking spot and mailbox. The apartment is outdated but had everything I needed to make me feel comfortable. Very clean upon arriving. Though on the bottom floor this apartment is great for night shift workers because it was overall very quiet. No laundry in unit but the laundry room for the apart complex is literally next door with the machines each charging $1.25. Wade is a great landlord who was there when I needed but gave me my space... which I love!

Mr. Wade has equipped the apartment with everything you need. Very clean. Brand new carpet and cookware. Great WiFi for Netflix. The bed is a little firm for my liking and there is no dishwasher. All in all excellent place to stay. 5 minutes from the hospital and restaurants. Spa amenities across the road in the condo club house.
