Studio in Dennis Village - CCP 100

Excellent STR

I rented this property while on assignement at CCH as a traveling nurse. The cottage is fully appointed with everything you need, pots/pans, Kurig, microwave, toaster oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, hair dryer etc. Linens were good quality and abundant. Parking is right outside the door. It's about 18 minutes to Cape Cod Hospital. There are two fantastic markets nearby, the Dennis Public Market is within walking distance. Patriot Square shopping center is about 20 minutes away, Stop & Shop, CVS etc. Landlord was great! Never intrusive, responsive to texts and messages. This was my first travel assignement and rental experience, It was a great one, much in part to having a terrific rental experience. I would rent this cottage again if it were available and I took another assignement at CCH.

Great Place on the Cape!

I stayed here for two months during a travel nurse assignment. The amenities and proximity to Mayflower beach are amazing! It had everything I needed for a long-term stay: washer/dryer, cups/plates/utensils, fridge/freezer, microwave, keurig, TV with access to Netflix/Hulu/HBO/etc. There was an outdoor patio with a table and chairs for relaxing. The queen-sized bed was super comfy and there was ample storage with a place to hang my clothes. There is also a grocery store right down the road & plenty of restaurants within walking/biking distance. And the rent is a steal for anything on the Cape.
