D has an exquisite home and is a phenomenal landlord. He is thorough, thoughtful, and accommodating. Anyone that is lucky enough to enjoy this house and property will be delighted by the opportunity and service. Ive surveyed options in this area in depth, and you will not find better. Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home if you find it available. I particularly love the kitchen range and patio. Care is placed in every element of D's management though. Treat yourself.

Perfect Spot

I really enjoyed this cute little cottage. D and his wife really make you feel very at home. It is the perfect size for one person and just a short walk away from downtown Ashland, many trails, and a 4 minute drive to the local hospital. I cannot write enough about how wonderful they were.

The absolute best!

This place is perfect. Primo location, fully equipped living space with everything you could need and more, extremely clean and the BEST landlords. I couldn't recommend this place more, it is most definitely the best housing I've ever had on an assignment!

Artistic owners put a lot of love into this place and it shows

I was attracted to this rental because "quiet cottage" was exactly what I was looking for- and got it. Beautiful (shared) backyard that has been lovely all spring. Large windows give the perfect view. Always a new flower blooming. Really nice furniture & appliances. Thoughtful & beautiful design. Suddenly everything on Zoom while here- and my lighting looked great because of the skylights. There are nice neighborhood walks right out your door. Flat on a maintained dirt road if you want that, or hike uphill to a park. I spent a *lot* of time here & recommend it!

Lovely Home away from Home

This cottage is perfect for any traveling professionals! Its in an amazing location, easily walkable to downtown and tons of restaurants. The place itself has brand new appliances that work great, and is very stylish. David and Terri are fabulous renters and are very helpful if any issues may arise. I had an amazing stay and couldnt recommend this property more.
