The BEST place to stay

The landlords are amazing! The rental space in their home is spacious and has everything needed. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Fridge is full size, shower is big, lots of counter space in the kitchen, two private entries (one where you park car, the other under the deck. The basement is walk out and every window looks out into either the front yard or back yard. The bed is comfortable, theres plenty of blankets and even a space heater if needed. Yale and New Haven are only a 10min drive The best part of the butterfly house is F and T! Theyre good people , who know how to make you feel right at home. We miss our time there and are looking forward to when were in the area again so we can stop by and visit.

This basement apartment is better than any slice of pizza you'll find in New Haven. F and T are extremely kind and welcoming. They are always available if needed. The apartment is clean, bright, and feels like home. It is in a great location nears plenty of shops and is only a quick 15 minute drive to Yale New Haven Hospital. I will definitely plan to stay here again if available.

Perfect Location!

I absolutely love staying here! Florence and Tom and Hayley (dog) are very sweet, quiet, and a pleasure to rent from. This area in North Haven is very safe and quiet (which can be hard to find near Yale). Great location, located close to Target/Shop Rite/ Big Y, and close to highway to get to work. Approx 15min drive to Yale is very simple from exit 9 to 1. This apartment is pretty large and well kept. Upon arrival everything was extra clean and organized, much brighter than appears in pictures for a basement apartment. Everything you need is all on one level at an excellent price!
