Great house and Great Hosts

I stayed in this room for approx 6 months while I worked as a travel nurse. S and B are a great resource for the area and it is nice to have small talk with others if I wanted. The hall bathroom is shared and that may seem like a hassle but we all had different schedules and it was totally do-able. Their home is very quiet and everyone is respectful of others space and property. When I first came to the area, I was staying elsewhere and I had to switch because it was not-as-advertised and I didn't get a good vibe. I chose S's place because of the reviews. This place is sooooo much better and the price is right, you won't go wrong staying here!

Awesome, private space

The space is awesome. Very private with all that you need in a neighborhood with all amenities just a few minutes away. S and her family are great hosts. They made me feel right at home. The hot tub on site is also awesome and highly recommended. I worked overnight (7p-7a) and found the place to be very quiet and with ideal daytime sleeping conditions. I can't recommend S and her place enough!

Amazing room, amazing hosts

This is an absolutely amazing room! Like a full furnished apartment, had everything I needed and then some. The hosts are so friendly and they were there to help with anything I needed. I've stayed at a lot of places and this is one of my all time favorites. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Amazing host and amazing place!!!

This space is amazing!!! The host is amazing as well! It is equipped with everything you need for a short or long term stay. I am a travel nurse and worked 3 contracts, totally nine months at this residence! Clean space, comfy bed, w/d, refrigerator, dining area, living room with a huge tv which has Hulu/Netflix. I couldnt have asked for a better spot or host during my contracts there. Definitely worth a stay!! I will miss it there!

Friendly and inviting!

Sandy and Bob were the best hosts Ive ever stayed with. I never felt awkward or out of place. They went out of their way to be kind to me. They are genuinely good people and are very good at anticipating their guests needs. Sandy took care of everything I could have possibly ask for. I also loved the way the house was decorated. The neighborhood has plenty of parking and has a nearby what an area for exercise.

Just like home

Great place to stay while being 1800 miles away from home . Sandy and Bob were so nice and accommodating. They were really helpful with directions for places and warm with the way that you feel while staying there. Definitely plan on going back if I return to that area or nearby.

Cozy and Quiet

I rented a room in this home and was very happy with my extended stay. I am a night shift travel nurse and was able to sleep with my odd hours. Sandy and Bob made me feel at home. They were accomodating and welcoming yet I was given privacy. I was welcome to utilize every part of their home. I would highly recommend. They are amazing!!

Perfect home away from home

I traveled to Rockville for a nursing assignment and found this property on AirB&B. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. It was quiet (I worked nights), close to anything and everything I could want or need. Not far from DC and Baltimore. Nice suburb area walking distance from a beautiful state park with a huge lake and trails. Myself and my dog felt very at home and comfortable here, and Bob and Sandy are wonderful!
