This unit is on the second floor of a two family house. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 1/4 of a mile from the beach. In the summer season the unit is rented weekly to vacationing families. In the off season, it is pretty quiet in the area. The crowds and traffic die down and the beaches are just beautiful.
