Great Studio in Sunny Corona Heights

I lived in the studio apartment for about a month and a half and had a great experience. The space is cute, cozy, and very quiet. It had everything I needed for my stay, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and kitchen supplies like pots and pans. There’s also a washer and dryer just around the corner, which made things very convenient. The studio itself is thoughtfully set up. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the space had a small TV and a stylish couch that made it feel very homey. The location is excellent. Corona Heights is sunny, quiet, and incredibly walkable, with easy access to neighborhoods like Haight-Ashbury, NOPA, Duboce Triangle, Lower Pacific Heights, and the Castro. Public transit is also very convenient, with bus and Muni options nearby that make getting downtown simple. Overall it was a really comfortable place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and well-located studio in San Francisco

Fantastic place, fantastic owner

We got really lucky finding this studio apartment. My wife is a travel nurse and we were looking for a short-term lease close to CPMC campuses. This apartment is well-furnished and has everything needed for day-to-day including kitchen essentials. The neighborhood is one of the best you can find in San Francisco. It is quite and most importantly safe. The location is ideal to commute to all of the CPMC campuses and the UCSF shuttle stop is close too. The owner, Fouzia, was really kind and warm. She was really accommodating and was always available to answer any questions we had. We had no problems getting our security deposit back as well as on time. Overall, if you want the San Francisco experience as a Travel Nurse, this is a must stay. We would love to be back here.

Peaceful Getaway in Prime Location

Had such a beautiful time staying here. Its bright and airy for a studio, a great sanctuary in the city. In a walkable area, close Haight and Divisadero. The space is pleasant and equipped with everything you would need to stay for an extended time. An enjoyable stay, would love to go back!

A Cozy and Convenient Corner Of SF

I greatly enjoyed the comforts and convenience of this little studio. It is on a quiet street near Buena Vista Park, which is very safe and quiet. The studio amenities (appliances etc) were essentially new, and the bed was super cozy as well. I also found the landlord was extremely receptive and accommodating - very easy to communicate with. I would be very lucky to stay at this studio again in the future.

This property is run by a landlord with various legal cases against her. She will keep your security deposit for no reason. Various lawsuits can be found at the SF superior court website under F.Z. I took this landlord to small claims and she placed photos of damages I had not done to the apartment. Proceed with caution
