Lovely Studio

I stayed here for about six months and genuinely loved my experience. From day one, everything felt welcoming and exactly as advertised. The studio is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great furnishings and amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. I also appreciated the A/C and heatingeverything felt updated and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful. What really made this stay stand out was Terry. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and makes you feel at home right away. Communication was always quick and easy, and she was always available if I needed anything. She is the best host I've ever had, and I wish I had met her sooner. Thank you, Terry, for everything! Overall, I had no issues and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Hone

Amazing property! The owner is super friendly and very accommodating. The neighborhood is blissful. Very nice safe area that is great for evening walks or hiking trails. A great location in the valley close to plenty of spots to eat. Easy access to highway systems to venture into the city. I highly recommend this space and would gladly return. Fair price and accurate photographs and descriptions.

Home away from home

The owner was very accommodating. When I was shown the place, it was exactly as it was advertised. I stayed here for six months on a work assignment and loved every moment. The space itself is very modern and kept up to date with all its nice furnishings and amenities. The kitchen area was perfect for cooking homemade meals. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and calm. People are often seen taking their afternoon walks with their dogs. Feels very safe. I like that it is close to the freeways for easy an easy commute. Grocery stores, gyms and malls are not too far as well. The owner takes pride in making sure you are comfortable while staying here. Overall, never has any issues and felt very comfortable from the very first day of staying here. Definitely would come back to stay here if I am in the area for work again.

Best property on furnished finder

T was welcoming from day one of touring the unit. The premises is well kept and the studio has more than enough of room/space for you and your belongings. Theres a designated parking space in the driveway for you, as well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My favorite was the bathroom heating vent and fully equipped kitchen. Theres also a brand new a modern in unit A\C and heater unit. This location is prime to the 118 and not far from the 101. Five minutes from Trader Joes and eight minutes to wal mart in Porter ranch. T also welcomes you to join any of her gatherings, which made me feel at home. Without hesitation I would stay again! I can not find a con to this studio. The washer and dryer are in unit and there was no noise and no disturbances while staying here. If you need anything, just ask! T is fast at communicating and assisting with any needs or issues during your stay. She designed the studio as if she were to live in it, and its nothing short of amazing:)!

Fabulous Studio Experience

T provided a modern style of studio living with couch and TV. Beautiful marble design shower and lots of sunlight/moonlight to enter studio with view of beautiful upscale pool. She was very accommodating. You will have your own private entrance and access to washer/dryer next to bathroom for convenience. There is plenty of free parking alongside house. The neighborhood is very quiet so you will be able to sleep very well every night. The surrounding area Susana State Pass Park and Stoney Point off Topanga Canyon Blvd is a must see for a beautiful walk or hike. I learned lots of tourists come to this area for the hike experience because of the beautiful sandstone rockstone formations. Plenty of places to eat, get groceries, go shopping, convenient stores and easy access to highway 118 and connecting freeways.

Great Place!

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. The studio is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The owner is friendly, has a good sense of humor and is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place!!!!

A bit claustrophobic

The studio is very clean and new and the amenities are nice. Unfortunately there are the usual downfalls of renting a studio inside someone's house. You can hear conversation-level noise through the shared walls. The studio is poorly ventilated. Only one window has a private view but it looks into the landlord's old dog kennel. The other windows open to the landlord's patio creating a fishbowl effect, so I pretty much had to keep those curtains closed all the time and therefore the only view I had was of the kennel walls and caged ceiling, blocking out the sky. The landlord is a bit overbearing. If you like to be left alone and have your privacy respected, this may not be the place for you.
