Large private 1 bedroom across from park & pool

Super Peaceful

I lived here for a little over a year while working overnights, and it is so quiet. I loved it here! The summer it gets a little louder because theres a public pool across the street. The windows are literally double paned, which helps muffle the noise a ton! I lived here with my 2 cats and we had plenty of room, it feels very spacious. Its extremely walkable to downtown Covington. Theres always parking. And its a great neighborhood. The landlords are easy to work with and quick to respond. Overall I highly recommend

Upstairs unit #2

I stayed at this apartment for 4 months. The owner was very nice and responsive. Any issues that occurred, she was quick to address as well as kept me informed the entire time. The place itself was nice and had everything that I needed during my stay. It had more than enough room for 2 people to stay. The area was quiet on a one way street with little traffic. We never had a problem parking or felt unsafe. The only downside was the pool opening up across the side street, and really it wasn't bad at all. I worked nights and the noise from the pool could NOT be heard much inside and did not affect me sleeping during the day at all. So the only real down side was more cars parking on the side street but again, we had no problem on the street we park on in front of the house. I would stay here again.

home away from home

I ended up staying just shy of a year here because I loved it so much. It is a lovely setup for 1-2 people and people with pets. The property owners were extremely friendly and attentive from day one up until the day I moved out. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was huge and easy to sleep in during the day when I worked nights (quiet , blackout curtains). The space is larger than it looks in the photos. I had 2 dogs and 2 cats when I lived here and we all had enough space to be comfortable. It is also at the end of a one way street so there wasnt much traffic going by making noise.
