Enjoyed my two-month stay

I lucked out by finding this place. If it's available and close to where you need to be, I recommend you check it out. The basics are covered well here: comfy bed, quiet at night, good bathroom, shopping nearby. The extras included here were delightful. Compared with other rentals in the area, you get much more here. The living room space dedicated to you as the renter was a great touch. I worked from home often, and that extra private space was quite valuable for me. Also grateful for the cool kitchenette -- I'd never seen something like that before! Good view of the front range too. And the neighborhood is nice to walk around with a little park nearby. The host Teri is great too -- she is considerate, kind, and good at reading how much privacy you need as a guest. She's also capable and resourceful, maintaining the property herself, which was inspiring to me. I would gladly have continued my lease here beyond my two month stay, but work took me to another state.

Terri was a great host. She is very kind and allows you to feel like you are in your own space. Plenty of amenities offered and a safe neighborhood. Her dog is amazing and friendly. Would highly recommend this place as your next stay.

Best place ever!

T is a great homeowner and host. Plenty of privacy, use of washer/dryer, private bathroom, spacious living room and bedroom. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for your next assignment!

I travel around the country and I can honestly say that this is an A+, most excellent, above and beyond awesome place to stay. It has been such a blessing for me to stay here. Teri (the owner) is such a sweet, nice, caring, lovely, all around wonderful person. I feel like I have privacy here, but if I want to visit with her, I am always welcome. Her house is stylish, clean, quite, and located in a safe neighborhood. I like to run after work, and there are some nice trails / paths located so close to her house. This house is also located near lots of great restaurants & shopping areas.

Clean, friendly, great neighborhood and location

I had a three month contract here as a travel nurse. I could get on the freeway within minutes. The landlord is a nurse also and treated me like family. The place was clean and in a great neighborhood and location. I felt safe the whole time I was there. Loved walking in the neighborhood and having the grocery stores so close. The landlord was even nice enough to buy a new bed for me to sleep on. That meant a lot since I had just had neck surgery. The sitting room/living space was private with a nice TV. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
