Property Review

Janette was very kind to open her home to me under such a short notice. I enjoyed my time renting from her; having my own bedroom and bathroom along with the downstairs space was wonderful. She has all of the basic necessities one needs for a move and respects ones space while being open to conversation sharing stories of her life in Scotland and LA. I felt safe being within the gated community and whenever there was a need around the condo it was taken care of. It was nice being only a few minutes from the ocean and all the coffee shops the coast has to offer from Ventura to Santa Barbara youre sure to find a cozy spot to work, read, or relax. Highly recommend if youre headed to Ventura County.

Private

The condo is clean with private bath. Its location on the ground level with access through the garage is nice and private. The owners are so kind but also give space as needed. I enjoyed my time there. Also private outdoor patio area just outside bedroom. I certainly enjoyed that.

Clean, Comfy, Quiet, and Secure

I highly recommend this property for travel nurses. The Room is spacious with a private bathroom which is a huge plus. The accommodations include everything and anything you could need to feel at home. You don't have to do anything but bring your clothes because the owner has everything else you could possible need. The community is quiet and secure with it being a gated community with on-site security.
