SAFE and All Around Comfortable Short-term Housing

The apartment is in a very nice area in Charlotte that is very safe! The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals needed for one. Heather and David were very hospitable and always checked to verify I was having no issues with the apartment. The bed was comfortable with blackout curtains also, which makes all the difference when away from home. It is minutes from the city and the medical facilities and walking distance to a beautiful park, Freedom Park, for a run or walk to get out and about. Small local shops are very close. Everything minutes away! They thought of everything when preparing the apartment to make the guest feel welcome and comfortable. Wonderful, wonderful people! I hated my contract ended so quickly. Housing is always the most difficult to select when looking for a safe area with great landlords! Do not pass this one up!!

Simply the best!

I needed a short term rental in Charlotte, and this was the perfect place. Heather and David were extremely generous and welcoming hosts and accommodated my specific needs without hesitation. David was also extremely responsive and quick to fix things if necessary; the communication was great. I could not recommend this place more! Also, the location is ultimately unbeatable- gorgeous neighborhood that is safe and walkable. Truly the best experience staying here- would do it all over again if I could!

TERRIFIC Property & Hosts - 6+ Month Stay

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. There are simply are not enough adjectives to describe what a terrific experience I had renting this studio for 6+ months (Exec / FI). The unit is spacious, well-appointed, bright & sunny with huge windows on 2 sides (+ blinds / black-out curtains). Its furnished / outfitted in a simple Scandinavian style creating an open / airy, inviting, clean / fresh, welcoming feel. Full-sized washer / dryer & large closet. Separate entrance & dedicated off-street parking. Located in one of CLTs most desirable neighborhoods; walkable to restaurants / shopping / gym. Quiet; beautiful property. Hosts have thoughtfully provided the details to make this a home away from home. Order take-out & have leftovers? Youll find tupperware & ziplocs. Need to wrap a gift? Open the drawer and find scissors / tape. Picky about your pillow? Chose from 6. More than accoutrements, H & D care about your comfort & are attentive to tenant needs, while respecting privacy. 5 star!

AMAZING all-around experience

If youre looking for an extended stay at a cozy spot in Charlotte in a beautiful neighborhood with accommodating hosts, look no further! I stayed with H and D while searching for / in contract on a home and it was perfect. Not only is Myers Park gorgeous, the location was so convenient to great restaurants, to grocery store, to uptown, to south end, and anywhere else you might want to visit. On top of that, the hosts have really thought of everything! It was comfortable, clean, and I had everything I needed. If there was anything extra I might have wanted, H and D provided it for me promptly with just a text. They were flexible when I needed to extend my stay another month, and so helpful when i had questions about all things Charlotte-related. I cant praise the apartment or the hosts enough! Do yourself a favor and book this place ASAP!!!!!

Awesome place

This apartment/studio is beautiful, clean, and cozy. Love the big windows which bring in the light. Very central and close to uptown, Southend and the hospitals (Atrium Mercy, Novant). The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around or even go for a run. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Always there for anything you might need.

Awesome place to stay! Great studio apartment that is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location! Close to the hospitals (1.5 miles to Atrium), shopping, and Uptown Charlotte. The property owners are amazing and friendly...it was fun having them as neighbors. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected and even invited me over for the holidays. I would definitely stay here again!
