Lovely place
I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. This is a beautiful well kept studio apartment attached to the home. It is small but wonderful for one or two people. Laundry is attached and accessible. You have all the essentials for cooking, pantry space and refrig. I love sitting out on the deck that looks out towards the ocean. Lots of trees and beautiful plants and landscaping on the property. Lyn and Doug are so sweet and very hospitable.

Serene living
This studio was an amazing stay while doing my contract in Santa Cruz. Location to Dominican Hospital was close, less than 15 minutes with minimal traffic. The actual studio was clean, well-maintained, and came equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Lynn and Doug were great landlords; always responsive, friendly, and helpful. Also, I always looked forwards to guest appearances from Stella, their sweet and friendly dog. Not to mention the breathtaking view of the ocean from the patio. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and hassle-free stay while working out in Santa Cruz.

Loved This Place!!
This Coastal Studio was wonderful! Lyn and Doug made me feel right at home from the start and sure did create a beautiful space surrounding the unit with all their amazing gardens and flowers on the property. Theres always something in bloom! There was great closet space, a comfortable bed, a nice kitchenette with gas burners for home meals. The patio was great with views of the ocean through the trees and many nights you can hear the waves. Its a quick walk to the beach where there are several different trails for exercise or relaxation. My commute to Dominican hospital for work was so easy whether working day or night shift (I mostly worked nights). Many of my co-workers had to fight traffic coming from the opposite direction. And I cannot say enough about the gorgeous sunsets!!!! I will miss my occasional visits from Stella too! She was the sweetest dog! It was a wonderful home away from home!! Thank you so much Lyn and Doug for everything!
