I have a private room in my house for rent. It has a comfortable full size bed and desk , dresser and television. I have recently been renting it to travel nurses due to its close proximity to Banner UMC and other hospitals. I have two rooms in my house anda separate studio guesthouse that are available completely furnished with very comfortable full mattresses, in room refrigerator, smart TV full kitchen access, private bathroom, Internet, air conditioning, heating fireplace, large fenced yard , Parking in front driveway, washer and dryer and very close to bus line. I have a sweet, friendly dog.
Quiet and close to University. And Banner UMC and very close to bus line. Lots of restaurants and Starbucks nearby

Loti is a very gracious host. I stayed with Loti and Billy for a 13 week contract at Banner UMC and part of it was during the COVID-19 pandemic...we rubbed along well while both staying home and social distancing, I left feeling like part of their family. I would not hesitate to reach out to Loti if I ever head back to Tucson for an assignment.
Loti and Billy are great host. Billys bark is loud but hes a big softy once you give him a few pumpkin ice cubes. I stayed with Loti for my 13 week contract with Banner South campus. She is caring, sharing, giving, and has all the info on great places to visit and eat. She gives you your privacy, but is also open to hang out. If you like laughter and scary movies/shows this is the place for you. Loti thanks for making my stay in AZ a great one. If Im ever other west again, we will have to connect.
About the landlord

I moved to Tucson from Phoenix to attend the University of AZ (Go CATS!) in 1973 and got my Masters in Counseling and worked for 30 years as a Mental Health and addiction counselor for a local inpatient treatment center. I love Tucson and know it very well as far as places for fun and hiking and activities as well as the arts and theater and music! I live about 15 minutes from the condo and am available at a moments notice should any problems arise.
