We have a studio guest house in the back yard of our house. I have been renting a room in my house to travel nurses for several years now and the guest house has recently been available. It is located within about 3/4 of a mile from Banner hospital and the University. Midtown is close to just about anything!
Space
I have a studio Guesthouse in my backyard with a small fenced in yard. The gate opens on two a large yard friendly for my dog and can be used by another dog if they get along! Air conditioning, heating ceiling, fan, and Internet included. Also dishes, microwave, and stove.
Neighborhood overview
Quiet and close to University. And Banner UMC and very close to bus line. Lots of restaurants and Starbucks nearby within a short walk!

Quarantine family
Loti is a very gracious host. I stayed with Loti and Billy for a 13 week contract at Banner UMC and part of it was during the COVID-19 pandemic...we rubbed along well while both staying home and social distancing, I left feeling like part of their family. I would not hesitate to reach out to Loti if I ever head back to Tucson for an assignment.

Excellent Host
Loti and Billy are great host. Billys bark is loud but hes a big softy once you give him a few pumpkin ice cubes. I stayed with Loti for my 13 week contract with Banner South campus. She is caring, sharing, giving, and has all the info on great places to visit and eat. She gives you your privacy, but is also open to hang out. If you like laughter and scary movies/shows this is the place for you. Loti thanks for making my stay in AZ a great one. If Im ever other west again, we will have to connect.
