LOVE this place

Mimis place will always hold a special spot in my heart. I immediately felt at home and E&J were so amazing to me. They were incredibly welcoming and tried to help me in any way they could, even in the winter weather! The property itself is well kept, quiet and safe. Im a night shifter and it was perfect for me. I hope to make it back someday

Serene and Cozy Cottage

I highly recommend Mimi's Place for anyone coming to the New Haven area. I had the luck of staying here for my first travel assignment (Jan - April), and when I came back for an extension after a break, E&J were very flexible in welcoming me back (for the month of June) while I searched for a new place as they had all ready promised the place to someone else after that. Mimi's Place is very comfortable with space to spread out. It has a separate bedroom, a small TV room, another room with a small couch and table, and a full size kitchen with everything you need for your meal preparation. It is very quiet and I had no problems what so ever with noice when I was working night shift. E&J are awesome landlords as well, anticipating your every need and willing to offer and advise if you need it about where to go for anything. Through the winter, they always went above and beyond, making sure the walk was cleared and salted and the driveway cleared before my shift (6am). Just awesome!!

LOVE this place and it's people!

This was the BEST 1st time renting experience I could have had. The property and house are beautiful, the apartment totally stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owners are incredible. I'd go back with zero hesitation.
