Excpect to not get half the deposit back

The place was full of dust when I got it, and I still was charged a lot for cleaning fee and when I showed the owner the picture of the unit when I moved there, he told me to go to court if I want to. Wasn't expecting that. Also place gets really cold in winter and you'd have to get your own heater

Perfect Stay, Would Recommend

I stayed here for three months. The location was perfect, and the landlord was always helpful whenever I had questions before and during my stay. Locationally, this place is perfect! It is a short walk to the river, and there are great places to eat and fast food options galore (if you are into that) In n Out, Tacobell, KFC, and Chipotle, all within walking distance. For my work hours, some nights, the 24-hour food options like Golden Flower were right next door, which was so convenient! There are even grocery stores nearby. It was a quick drive up to Tahoe as well! Even though this is located downtown, it was quiet, which was great on my days off of work when I wasn't out and about. There is designated parking after going in the security gate, so always having a safe place in the parking lot was great. If you are looking for a clean, cozy place within walking distance from everything you may need, this is the place to stay!

Disappointed

Very high priced especially when the air conditioner didnt work, the bed moved every time you moved and I also cleaned the condo really good when I left. Better than when I arrived in it and I still havent gotten my full security deposit back. The owner should have charged separately for a cleaning fee. Instead of taking out of the deposit. I have a video of how clean it was and he never showed me a receipt of proof of cleaner. I dont think he actually got one..He also told me he would send me my prorated rent for moving out early but he never did due to his next tenant falling through however thats not my responsibility. I hate to leave a review like this! location was good bc close to hospital

Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect size for me during my contract at Renown. I really enjoyed staying here, and the landlord is friendly and very easy to contact. The pool was nice for keeping cool and the shared BBQ was convenient, and the other building tenants were kind and welcoming. Having a reserved parking spot was awesome, and the fob access to the building made me feel safe. Highly recommend this apartment!

Travelers

The place is in a great location, very close to the hospitals. Walking distance to downtown and the river walk. Short drive to any grocery store. + short drive to Lake Tahoe!
