Quiet and Safe Location

This was my first time living by myself and I was nervous that I wouldnt find a place I felt secure. However, this property and landlord immediately put me at ease! My favorite area was the screened in porch that offered me privacy outside without worrying about pesky mosquitos! I also found everything I needed in the kitchen. Iris is very kind and responds timely. Once, I locked myself out of the property and she was available in no time to help me get back in! If given the chance to be in Tallahassee again, I will definitely be back.

Quiet and comfortable living space

This property was lovely, as was the owner. A private entrance to the second floor has a relaxing porch overlooking lush trees and plants. Convenient and safe location to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, shopping, and restaurants. I particularly appreciated the think carpets, efficient heating and cooling system and comfortable bed. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can come home to eat a healthy meal. If I ever return to Tallahassee for work or pleasure, I would definitely stay here again.

wonderful!!

This little place was absolutely perfect for me and my dog. i loved living in the "treehouse". the front screened in porch is such a great place to drink my coffee in the mornings. The place is quiet and comfortable, beautifully decorated. The owner is terrific. She is prompt, nice and accommodating. i could not have asked for anything better. the location is great as well. It is close to businesses and grocery stores. i love to walk my dog and there are sidewalks to walk everywhere and parks close by too. i would highly recommend this place and actually hate to leave.

Wonderful

This is an adorable apartment, with an absolutely awesome screened in balcony. Quiet neighborhood, and the owner is friendly, prompt with updates and responses. A five minute drive to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, even a walkable distance for someone less lazy! A wonderful stay. Thank you.

The perfect stay!

This was the perfect place for my very first travel assignment. The property owner was very quick to respond to needs and often checked in to make sure everything was going well with the apartment. The rooms were very comfortable and there was extra storage in the 2nd room/office. I enjoyed the full kitchen, it was just the right size for my needs. And many mornings you could find me enjoying my morning coffee or reading a book on the porch. I would highly recommend this stay. Its a great neighborhood and would often see people out walking their dogs or running. I felt very safe!
